Everything about our experience was awesome. I had only eaten there one time many years ago and we typically go to the other Brazilian restaurant but our experience there has been horrible for the last 4 years. A friend recommended Em Chamas so on my 50th birthday we booked a reservation and I was blown away by the service. The meat selection was amazing. My wife, who is a vegan found plenty of food on the marketplace buffet and they also made her a special vegan pasta dish from the kitchen. This will definitely be our go-to place moving forward. Awesome job.

The first time I went here it was awesome and delicious. This time the service was awesome but the food did not deserve the price point. The meat was over salted. The lamb was fatty. Mussels were not good. Wanted more Brazilian dishes. Hopefully this was just a one time problem. Not sure I’ll be able to get my Grandson to come back.

Family took me to Em Chamas for my birthday dinner. The food was delicious and service was impeccable. I didn’t know what to expect and was pleasantly surprised!The meats are deliciously prepared and there are ample salad and side bars to accompany the meats or to serve as a meal in themselves. I will be back when I am in the KC area again.

The service was pretty good, the salad and hot food bar was good. The sausages didn’t have much flavor, and a couple of the meats were pretty salty this time. And there was a couple of times the waitress had to ask a second time to get the meat brought to our table.Two of the three desserts were good. The coconut flan had a weird texture and wasn’t very flavorful.

We love everything about this place. Such a great experience trying lots of different meats with a decent salad bar. The flavors are amazing and cooked perfectly. Low light setting with friendly staff. All you can eat in a very elegant serving presentation.

We went to Em Chamas for a date for Valentine’s Day and had no idea what it was going to be like. My parents raved about eating here but even that didn’t do it justice…and my review won’t do it justice either! This was the most amazing experience with glorious food and excellent service that I have had in the United States. Endless meat and sides…the meat was just as rare as we asked for and the flavor was unbelievable. I loved all the sides and all the meats. No complaints…it was all delicious.

I had my birthday dinner there, and the side items tasted OK. The salad and sides bar was low on food, and we had to request it to be stocked. The meat tastes great. The service was not great, I had a reservation for 7, and the tables were not set up upon arrival. It seem as if we got attitude because they were unprepared. Check out was longer than expected.
