Food was pretty good. Service was good as well. Only thing I dislike is the “mandatory” tip. After checking out and gave the tip to our server, another server, who did not actually serve us, came to the table and demanded additional tip. It is understandable to ask for more tip, taking into account it was on Christmas Day, but the way / manner he talked (demanded) was definitely not professional.

Solid dimsum and fast service. It’s a fun experience having the carts come up and picking what you want. There wasn’t a wait when I went, and basically the moment we sat down, a cart came and we had food immediately. I’d recommend’

Excellent food, great taste. Most of the dishes are very authentic with generous portions. I had the chance to try both dinner and dim sum; can’t think of anything in particular to recommend because my experiences were good inboth occasions. Weekend dim sum is extremely busy and would strongly recommend getting there a bit early.

We ordered a variety of our dim sum favorites and tried some new options from the carts at a late weekday lunch. The spring rolls, char shu bao, shrimp har gow and greens were good. Some of the shrimp dim sum options were just okay. The service was prompt. The women’s rest room was not too clean. Our enjoyment of lunch was dampened when we went to pay. They accept only 1 type of credit card, and they force you to tip 15-20%. Our friend who was treating refused to pick that, and was going to leave cash on the table instead. The owner came over and told us we had to tip, in a not friendly tone. We tipped but won’t be back.

Decent dim sum! They have dim sum carts they push around with food inside which is fun. They can be pretty pushy with trying to give you cold food, which is a bit annoying. Everything was pretty good, albeit not always hot, but very decently priced. The tea they serve with the meal was delicious. They also don’t let you split the bill on multiple cards as an FYI

We dined here for lunch and we had a delightful experience! ! The service was excellent- within 10 seconds of sitting down to our table, the restaurant staff appeared with multiple dim sum carts.
There were myriad choices, but we ended up choosing the crystal shrimp dumplings, regular shrimp dumplings, chicken buns, fried shrimp balls, fried wonton, and a hot rice soup.
The food was fresh, appealing to the eye, and just scrumptious.
The atmosphere was authentic, welcoming, and friendly.
The cost was $38 for 3 people which is one more reason we will definitely be going back to Ocean Harbor on a regular basis!

This place offers traditional dim sum with rolling carts. It gets pretty hectic at times with multiple carts coming up to you at once. The food was really good and in line with some of the dim sum places that you see in Hong Kong.
Everything was fine until the very end. We left a cash tip, the owner or manager came up to the table, counted the tip in front of us and told us the tip was not enough. Mind you, we had both cantonese and mandarin speakers with us so she spoke to us in both dialects that it wasn’t enough (we gave 20%).
Overall, the food was good just bit on the greasier side. Service was quick however when you are leaving a tip and you’re younger just beware they will try to coerce you into leaving a bigger tip especially if you leave a cash tip.

Definitely a 5-star dim sum establishment. Everything was top notch and as good as it gets, with all the standard dim sum staples you would expect. The congee was one of my favorites. Interior was clean and the service and carts were all stocked and fresh. Price was very good as well. I’d definitely come back here next time I’m in Philly.

The dim sum here was pretty okay. Nothing spectacular but it wasn’t bad. Many of the items ran out or we had to wait a long time for them to prepare additional servings. The variety of items was pretty standard for dimsum. Service was surprisingly friendly and they were very open to speaking English.

Ocean Harbour makes all dim sum themselves. Dim sum are fresh. A lot of Chinese restaurants ( even in New York City) use some frozen premade dim sum to reduce cost. We also eat dinner in Ocean Harbour. They have the traditional dishes which I cannot find in other restaurants. Dishes are “steamed pork belly with preserved mustard green” and “silken tofu with crab meat”. Good food and good price.
