Whenever we are in town, Ocean Harbor is our go-to place for authentic Asian Cuisine. The food is amazing, and the staff is always friendly and polite. We ordered our usual salt, pepper calamari and pork chop, beef and broccli pan fried noodles, flounder and bean curd in a hot casserole, and curry chicken. They are all delicious and tasty. We highly recommend this place if you’re ever in Philadelphia Chinatown.

Definitely a 5-star dim sum establishment. Everything was top notch and as good as it gets, with all the standard dim sum staples you would expect. The congee was one of my favorites. Interior was clean and the service and carts were all stocked and fresh. Price was very good as well. I’d definitely come back here next time I’m in Philly.

No reservations so have to wait until our table is ready( we were 8 ) but Very convenient after have a seat. Always Dimsum or some meal cart coming around tables often so take them and kids or adults can start to eat right away. No need to wait.

Excellent dim sum service with plenty of options and fast service. We tried many dishes including different beef, shrimp, and veggie plates. We only had to wait a few minutes before being seated and we were able to feed a table of four for about $80.

We have went to this restaurant every time we were in Chinatown. This used to be our favorite restaurant, but not anymore. Last time, I tipped them 16% for the service, but the waitress only brought us the tea and did not collect the empty dishes. However, the waitress asked for more tips for up to 20%. I think 16% was decent enough for the service provided. This time, I was going to tip them in cash, but the lady at the cash register added a tip on my credit card without even asking me. When I asked her why she put down the tip without asking, she replied easily that she could help customers to choose. It is a very bad experience. We tip the waitresses every time we come here, but it doesn’t make sense to tip them even more for their very limited service. We are never going back here again.

I went there with my philly family and we really enjoyed it. Dim sum is a lunch thing that ends at 3pm so we ordered off the full menu. The fried rice and chow Meir were spot on. The dumplings were all solid and unique. Great shrimp dumplings. Fresh, delicate and really packed with flavor. The kids loved the wonton soup (and everything else) the adults grooved on the flounder fried with leeks, ginger, garlic, and chinese broccoli. Well worth the easy going check. Sure the decor is dated circa 1985 but the service is solid. Real good.

This place has really good food but it is overpriced and the people with the carts of food will try to make you pick out more than you want. One server persistently kept asking if I wanted a certain dish and then I would say “No thank you” and then asked if I wanted this dish, over and over. I must have said “No thank you” seven times before she left. Then when I went to pay there is a mandatory tip. That alone makes me not want to come back. A tip is something you give because you want to and shouldn’t be forced upon you.

DO NOT GO TO THIS DIM SUM PLACE. This specific restaurant is overpriced and the service is horrible — there are better places to go in Chinatown that won’t traumatize you.

This place used to have reasonable prices and you could feed your whole family for $30-$40. They’ve drastically changed! Expect to now pay $100 for 2-3 people to eat Dim Sum And then have the nasty rude owner Demand a minimum tip of %18! Literally demanded the tip or she will start a huge argument and curse at you in Chinese! She has no class, is rude, and just a trashy person! Don’t give this harpy any of your money and support the other restaurants in the area instead. I’ll never spend another dime here! Across the street has better quality Dim Sum anyway and it’s cheaper!
