My burger was raw! I called and told them and ASKED HER MULTIPLE TIMES if I needed to show her the burger to get it remade she said NOOOOO. My boyfriend went up there twice with pictures and a video and they claim they need to see the actual burger to issue a refund or to remake it when that is not what she said on the phone! Forget this place! I will NEVER order from here again ever!

Never going back. When they first opened I gave them five stars. The customer service and food was on point everytime. Now that they have “settled in” everything has gone down hill but tonight was the worst. I ordered a Philly Cheesesteak Sandwich. The bread was stale and falling apart, barely any meat on the sandwich and the fries tasted old and cold. I gave them another chance after months but it was a waste of money.

The Indian lady upfront is very rude. She does not care and every time you ask her about an order she just say it’s gonna come up but never go check. I watch her do the nastiest things in the world, but she can never wash her hands. I came to the store two times in one hour just to see the car outside full of Raw meat in store products I can only imagine how long it was sitting in the heat in the car. Time temperature abuse with food. Order was 30 minutes late.

I hope they start adding more seasoning to the meat on the nachos because it doesn’t taste seasoned at all. I added my own seasoning to it and it was perfect! Overall it was fresh and I wasn’t disappointed 🙂 This is my 2nd time shopping with them and the food is always fresh.
