Worst Chick-fil-A in the region—hands down. I asked for no cheese on my chicken sandwich (cheese doesn’t belong there anyway), and what I got looked like an over-fried pork chop.

I called to complain, and the employee basically told me to drive back. I was already home—why should I waste my gas fixing their mistake? When I asked if they’d cover it, she flat-out said no, then tried to give me excuses. I hung up.

This place is terrible. Horrible food, even worse customer service. I’ve tried to support the owner, but I can’t anymore. If half-stars were an option, that’s all they’d get.

I had a really disappointing experience at this Chick-fil-A location, and it was all thanks to the night supervisor named Nayeli. I ordered a frosted coffee, and unfortunately, it came out really watery. When I asked them to remake it—because let’s face it, if you’re paying for a drink, it should be made correctly—Nayeli told me this would be the last time she would remake it for me, just because I had asked once before on a past visit. Honestly, that attitude makes zero sense. If you’re in customer service, especially at a place like Chick-fil-A, you should aim to get the order right without making the customer feel bad for asking.

To top it off, when they did remake the drink, it was finally made properly—no watery consistency, just the way it should have been in the first place. So I asked her why it wasn’t done right initially, and she told me she had followed the “standard” before. Then she even suggested I should just go to a different Chick-fil-A if I wanted it done my way. Honestly, that’s not the kind of customer care I expected.

Overall, I’m really disappointed with how the supervisor handled it. I hope management reads this and makes sure their staff understand that a customer shouldn’t be blamed for wanting their order made correctly. And I asked super nicely, I never have an attitude and I’m glad to wait everytime for my drink remade if the employee didn’t make it correctly.

There was literally a bite missing from my sandwich when I opened up the box
I opened up the box, poured my fries and sauce on the flip side like I always do and when I went to pick up my sandwich I was like wth?
I have never ever had this happen anywhere in my life!
This was my third visit to this newer chick fil a! The first the fries were stale, the second the food was completely fine, but this time literally a bite missing.
I’m sure I just ruined management’s day there, but I just had to report this. Wild

Changed my service rating from 5 to 1 because when we took it back they didn’t even offer to comp the one sandwich we took back on our time and gas dime

Rechanged my ratings to reflect that the operations manager did reach out to us to address the incident. He looked through the video footage and although he did not see anyone take a bite of the sandwich, he did say it could have been a handling issue. To be fair when I first saw the sandwich from the top view it looked like a pinch not a bite.

I’m so glad the manager reached out, it totally changed my perspective and eased all frustration. Awesome job chick fil a, Josiah is a keeper.

Walk in service was incredibly fast. The girl that helped me at the counter was so nice and helpful. I was unsure of how yo use the app on my phone and she showed me how to redeem my free sandwich. I look forward to going again soon. I was in and out in less than 4 minutes.

Hello Chick- fil-A, let me be the first to welcome u, I prayed for one to come to my city lol! Yay , can’t wait to try it since Redlands’s was our favorite spot. I will come back and update my review once I visited

Update: I finally visited chic fil a last week! I really liked how they set it up, it looks really nice and professional! From the moment I walked in I was greeted with a hello and welcome. I didn’t even think I was in San Bernardino lol. Everyone was so kind and all smiles. I even asked a worker if I can record the kids play area while no one was in for my review and they said it wouldn’t be a problem and for me to have wonderful day! I obviously order from my app so the wait time was minimal. It only took me a while to visit because I was taking pictures and recording the new chic fil a which was exciting to see. I am so happy it finally made it to our side of town! See you next time and thanks to all the chic fil a team for being kind and welcoming!

I’m very disappointed for my order today I order a granola parfait and a salad among other items my total was $54.55 and they forgot my parfait wich was my breakfast and then when I got to eating my southwest salad it was disappointing that it was full of lettuce hearts and even the bottom of the lettuce was tose there. The flavor was fine with i had to skip breakfast then have a disappointing lunch. I will ve checking my order before I leave from now on.

I am writing to express serious concern regarding an incident that occurred at your location involving my minor son, who is autistic and nonverbal.

While my son was playing on the playground, another child was using the slide incorrectly. Instead of approaching me, his parent, staff members removed my son from the playground and attempted to address him directly as though he were an adult. My son is unable to communicate for himself, and staff did not make any effort to locate or speak with a parent before intervening.

It is extremely inappropriate and concerning for employees to physically remove and address a minor—particularly a child with disabilities—without involving a parent or guardian. This situation could have been handled safely and respectfully by speaking with the parents present rather than placing responsibility on a child who cannot advocate for himself.

This experience was distressing and unacceptable. Staff should receive proper training on how to interact with children, especially those with disabilities, and understand the importance of involving parents immediately in any situation.

Due to this incident, I will not be returning to this location with my children. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so no other family has to experience something similar

I’ve been coming to this CFA since it opened. Friendly and courteous staff, even when they’re busy. And if anything is ever messed up, which is rare, they take care of it.

I do wish they’d return the parking spots for mobile order pickup and not just delivery drivers. Not having those spots makes it much harder to find a spot when I pickup food. I would say 99% of my orders are mobile take out. Thanks.

The customer service at the drive through definitely needs some work. The girl couldn’t hear us and she responds with “WHAT”?? She doesn’t even great or know customer service lol the team needs better training (Jan 31 9:30)

Food was good. Our order consisted of tortilla soup and a four count chicken strip meal with a split iced tea. I’m giving it a four star, because service was slow at the drive thru and there were only three cars.
