This place has gone down hill pretty bad we used to go there 3 4 times a week and spend 60 dollars minimum every time now we went there a few weeks back and the men’s room sink water didn’t work so I wonder if the employee’s even washed their hands that should have been it right there but I gave it a chance then we order and told him specifically what I wanted and bill came to over 50 dollars the girl brings it to us and it wasn’t the way we wanted it I don’t mind paying but atleast give me what I want plus for a large sub there’s nothing in it for meat so I get pissed about it and then they want to give me money back but I didn’t want it just really disgusted with the place if you want to keep the name then keep the quality the same way and don’t blame it on the pandemic or the economy lucky I didn’t call the board of health on them guarantee they’d have something to write up Place Sucks

It started with advertisement!! Burgers in foam to go containers I’m not one to judge, so we ordered a bacon cheeseburger and a regular cheeseburger to our liking. The order was wrong, yet the burgers were tasty. About an hour after both me and my boyfriend got the worst cramps which led to getting profusely sick. Had to go to the ER for food poisoning. The next day I contacted them and was told the owner, “Sign” will call me back. He NEVER did. Went into the restaurant the next day and spoke to Katherine. While speaking to her, another lady interrupts with, “that can’t be us because our beef/burgers are frozen”, as she takes a mound of frozen beef out of the fridge/freezer, not quite sure what it was, but guessing a fridge HENCE WHY I HOT SICK. Katherina said she would contact me and she HAS NOT!!!! This is a health code violation!!!! Called again tonight 03/04/2025 5:40 NO MANAGEMENT ON WHAT SO EVER!!!!

Will never call again, been coming here since 7 years ago, once the new owner came it went to shit. Food legit changed went from great to cheap meats, awful portions. Ordered my daughter taco salad, told then just meat and cheese, they gave onions. She can’t eat those. They made me pay for another 15$ plate, the mozzarella sticks tasted like cold un cooked raw cheese. Last time I ever go here. I advise the same. Get the old owners back who actually cared about people and there flavor palette. Then once they charged me for there mess up, got home my daughter had no meat on her taco saled, about legit 10 tiny bites of a salt crumb of meat. Terrible !!!!!!

We have been going to Occum Pizza for over 25 years. We started going there when we would go camping nearby and after we would set up, we would go to OP for dinner. It was tradition. We have found that the atmosphere is a little more stressed and a little less friendly so we get take out now but food is still yummy. Today I was on my way home and had to swing into get a grinder to eat on my way. Again, the atmosphere wasn’t as friendly as it used to he but my grinder was good all the way home. I miss the people who used to he there that would talk to you and make you feel welcome.

They ask you to order at counter ( no servers ) ,Meals come with a decent salad but they don’t bring salads to you unless you ask for them, we waited a good 20 minutes before we decided to ask for our salads before the meal. The chicken dinners were SO OVER COOKED that we couldn’t even chew the chicken. WE ate our macaroni and left. Learning experience

We had a great experience at Occum pizza while passing through CT on our was home to RI. Their credit card machine was down and we had limited cash on us. The customer service was above and beyond. I hope they get their credit card machine up and running soon- it must be so frustrating. The pizza was delicious! We would definitely stop back here if we end up this way again.

I ordered a tuna club with drizzled oil, with onion rings instead of fries. Best onion rings I’ve ever had. Tuna club was made exactly how I like it. Haven’t tried the pizza yet but I’ll get back to you I will order again.

5pm Saturday. No one in the dining room nobody parked in lot. Could not understand my order. Small pizza green peppers and onions pepperoni on half mushrooms on the other half. Deer in the headlights. Bring back the old owners. Soda coolers empty cash only card machine down.
