Quite great, better then we expected. We ordered couple seafoods grilled dishes, shaken beef w/ fried & rice. Bun bo hue in hot stone, banh mi o pls & sake. Parking was easy since it is in a big complex plaza. Great and friendly service. Foods are tasty and very yummy. The only thing that wasn’t good was the shaken beef, it was abit under cooked and very chewy (old meat?), but the sauce is very tasty and delish. The place is decor with street food signs like and hand paired of Vietnamese restaurant names. With ceiling-to-floor window that over looked the parking lot. Quite lifely vibe. Overall it is a great place for both street foods and main dishes with great and caring services.

I went yesterday to get Bun Bo Hue. My friend introduce here has very good Bun Bo. Absolutely stunning bowl of bun bo, both visually and in flavor. I like the idea of edible gold flakes

Nice restaurant with hip neon sign decor reminiscing of Saigon or Hong Kong night bars and scenery. The menu is pretty extensive with focus on seafood. Everything we tried were tasty. Particular praise to the Bun Bo Hue which was particularly good, especially in a seafood restaurant. The service was quick and efficient.

The bun Bo here is really good! Not my thang but I have to admit I liked it. Beef is tender and I hear the cook was from another spot. If ykyk!!! There’s a story behind the bun Bo. The name of the restaurant throws it off but it’s the spot.

Excellent food. I tried several dishes and they were all awesome. Best seafood fried rice I’ve ever had. Snails were great, chicken feet were outstanding. Fish cakes were so good
This is my new favorite spot.

Ốc A Chảy is off to a flavorful, confident start. The grand opening showcased a menu that respects tradition but isn’t afraid to crank up the flavor.
The Bún Bò Huế is spicy and soul-satisfying, while the Bánh Mì Bò Kho is everything a rainy-day dish should be—even if it’s 85° and sunny outside.
Big flavors, great broth, and a promising future in Little Saigon’s ever-growing food scene.

Really solid bún bò Huế. The broth is bold and flavorful with a nice spicy kick, not watered down at all. Plenty of meat, fresh herbs, and perfectly cooked noodles. If you’re craving something hearty and authentic, this one delivers.

The bún bò Huế here is excellent. The broth is rich, spicy, and super fragrant, with just the right balance of heat and savoriness. Noodles are chewy, the beef is tender, and the pork hock adds great depth. Comforting, authentic, and totally hits the spot.

I don’t know how is the food so just a temp 1 start for now but i have to say the freaking wait time is just insane dude, like why are you gonna let us wait if you don’t even want to get us in the first place. I stared waiting at around 7:00 in the evening, exiciting to enjoy some “amazing” food, they then told my friends and I that we’re on the wait list, but we realize that we’re kept being push back 10-20 times, totalling like 2 hours. So yeah, congrats if you get in there, have fun.

Everything was fine except for the beef tripe — that was a terrible choice, and I would not recommend it to anyone.
