I came across this catering company because a company donated to my programming and we enjoyed the various sandwich spread and LOVED the macaroni salad. I then was in a crunch because most “franchise” couldn’t accommodate my early pick up time despite wanting lunch. O’briens on the other hand, communicated effectively and efficiently for a quick two day turn around and were even able to deliver, what a relief that was. They even brought every thing to set up and keep our taco bar warm for the students while we enjoyed our last class celebration. I am throughly impressed by Erica and Patrick because of the promptness, professionalism and willingness to help make our lunch an experience. Thanks so much and can’t wait to use you again!

Not only is this a great place to get a fantastic breakfast sandwich in a delicious homemade English muffin, but the folks working here are incredibly good people. I left my card here and they were going to try to mail it back to me, luckily I was craving another English muffin sandwich, stopped in again later in the week, and it was returned to me. It may not have a trendy name but the food is very good at a fair price. That is what’s important, of course.
The interior was very unusual and curious. Most of what I could see was a big commercial kitchen. “What is going on here?” I wondered. On the way out I took their catering menu.
Besides the giant kitchen, there are several booths for eat-in customers. The clean ladies’ room had a collection of vintage hats on the walls. There were several artifacts/souvenirs from long past
Allentown fairs on the walls and in a showcase.
I called the decor Formica Chic.
We will definitely return to try some of their other breakfast and lunch menu items.
Their hours are 8 AM to 1:30PM every day except Saturday and Sunday.

We live in the west Allentown neighborhood and I never knew this place existed. Boy, am I glad I finally decided to try it out! Might be my new favorite lunch spot! I had the Italian hoagie, the meats and cheeses were cut to order and I also got a small bowl of the chicken corn chowder both were excellent! I will be back soon, if you haven’t found this gem look no further, go in and try it today you won’t be disappointed!

Love this place! They make awesome sandwiches and soup. Best Ruben sandwich I have had. My new favorite is the hot Italian (grinder) sub. The Rachel sandwich is delish also.

I’m from NYC where we love our BEC and they make good ones here and now they added chopped cheese to the menu I’m getting them whenever I can and the prices are on point as well as the food the staff is cool definitely a great place for food
