We loved it here. There are many options from breakfast to lunch (and bonus breakfast all day!! My favorite!) We came here twice and both times the food was really good, cooked quickly and the staff were very friendly. The bagels were tasty and warm and we’d definitely stop by here again next time we’re in town.

Came here on a Saturday for a quick breakfast. Ordered a breakfast burrito. There is an open kitchen so I could see my breakfast being made. The worker used the wrong dressing so the owner comes over and uses a brown paper towel to smear off that dressing from the egg and veggies and then throws the right dressing on and rolls the burrito back together… It was flat and not filling, not stuffed the way a burrito should be. Went somewhere else for an actual breakfast sandwich. never again.

They have few very nice bagels. The space has a good spot with road side view. My kids favorite there is hot chocolate. The staff is young and active. A good bagel and coffee place in the town just at the main street.

I love NY Bagel and have been going since I moved to Cortland. Recently I’ve been having issues with my coffee orders. I ordered a cappuccino off of their ‘Specials’ list and I received it scorching hot, I burned the tips of the three fingers holding the hot coffee cup, the milk wasn’t foamy like a cappuccino, it was just a burnt latte, and when I opened the cup, there was a thick film from the milk on top of the drink, not appetizing. Please train your baristas behind the counter correctly. This isn’t the only time it’s happened.
