I love a good banana split so no complaints from me. The people I was with said they were accustomed to glassware rather than the papery cups with their sundaes. We took some of the eggnog to go and it is good too.

Poor quality and consistency. I would say 40% of the time my order is made correctly. I don’t mind paying over ten dollars for a milkshake if it’s made properly, but that is rarely the case. I asked for a milkshake. This is more like chocolate milk.

Always has great Ice cream made with great ingredients not the standard high fructose corn syrup and other crap in most ice creams. The workers are always nice and courteous.

My cousin who’s not fluent in English went to this place a week ago and there was this nice girl who took my cousin’s order by js pointing at pictures.. he said she was very sweet and friendly. This Friday we went there again, she said her name is Kerishta?? It was hard to pronounce, but anyway! I had to leave a review and thank her for such a great customer service. I got the mint chip and an old fashioned strawberry, it was pretty good!

2/20/2026 it’s 8pm and the lobby is closed to dashers. There is a line of 40+ cars waiting to get their orders. This is unacceptable. I never got the order after waiting over 30 minutes, had to not get paid as a doordash employee as well for the duration of the time. I called the store and was hung up on by the employee. “We have to do this, it’s our policy!” Well not the policy of every other Oberweis FIRE THE MANAGER, THE NIGHT CREW NEEDS A RAISE

I tried the chocolate cake shake. It was decent, but I don’t think I’ll ever get it again and definitely wouldn’t recommend someone to get it. There’s way less cake in this cake shake compared to a Portillo’s Chocolate Cake Shake, and the ice cream wasn’t tasty enough to justify eating 1560 calories in a regular-sized shake.

Great spot to get away from the heat and to enjoy a sweet treat! Flavors were great and they have a large variety. Service was awesome, and interior was very clean.

This is a wonderful ice cream shop for family gatherings. Unfortunately due to dietary restrictions. I just wish they had more lactose free options. Sorbet is the only one that I know they currently have.

Not thrilled with the selection or the experience. Sales staff were extremely pushy to buy pricier items, while the person making orders walked around with her mask below her nose. (I noticed throughout Oakville that the county-wide mask MANDATE seemed like more of a suggestion. Check out the sign.) I loved the interior and have considered purchasing their products in the past, but after this experience I don’t think I’ll be returning.

Late night sweet tooth and this place exceeded expectations. Plently if options to choose from. The hot fudge Sunday is a tried and true classic and absolutely perfect! I had the peanut butter waffle bowl and it was amazing.
Can’t wait to come back again
