We have been coming to this Oberweis for over a year and I have never had such bad service and it’s not the staff it’s by the Manager who is eager to go home. We normally order almost the same flavors without tasting or any of that. Tonight my kids were offered by the nice cashier who heard my son talking about the new flavor he saw. So my 2 kids tried 3 samples each and they were about to order for themselves when the manager rudely told the cashier NO MORE SAMPLES. that really put a damp on my evening and I rushed the rest of order. She ( the manager) came to ring me and I asked nicely that what she said wasn’t necessary and not welcoming. She replied whatever and she to close in five minutes I told her I was going to report this and she said go ahead. The customer service went to ZERO STAR all because of the leader in this location. I don’t need to spend my money at a place that hires rude managers.

OMG. This is the best Oberweis I have ever visited! Such lovely people with astonishing customer service, especially from Trinity. Not only Oberweis, but also the people over at That Burger Joint. Especially, Rory and Danny. Those boys made the best burger and fries I have ever tasted!

The lady that served me was very nice. I can confidently say that the owner did not keep the store cool enough or there was too much air in the ice cream because it melted like I was outside in the hot summer sun. I am not impressed with the ice cream at all.

The customer service was dog doo doo and so was the workers whole demeanor they messed up my ice cream then when I had said something the worker with tattoos and she tried to say I had to buy another one then when I asked for the manager she lied and said it was her so I asked to speak to somebody else and some girl with a dookie braid cake over and re made my ice cream as she should have then at the end said next time I should be more respectful when I didn’t say anything but asked for my food to be re made and her co worker felt the need to go back and forth with me so I got a attitude cause it wasn’t my mess yp

Omg this place is amazing, the people fantastic always caring and they are trying to make your stay enjoyable. Everywhere you go people want to charge more and give less. Seems like Oberwise is starting to so the same.I had someone go pick up shakes for a few of our employees. Over $60.00 (which I don’t mind paying if we got shakes) and these are like water. Someone forgot to actually put Ice Cream in them. Awful and disappointed. Just because someone order a couple items doesn’t mean you should diminish the quality, I paid full price. Seriously it is like water and I just poured my down the drain.
