The employees were very welcoming and patient as I tried to maneuver through all of their selections. I got a waffle cone —that turned out to be very large and interesting— with a scoop of lemon blackberry and also a scoop of mango pomegranate sorbet. The employees were so quick that they brought my ice cream before I even finished paying! I will say that I got a lot more than I expected. It was a lot of ice cream, more than your typical scoop size. The ice cream was flavourful and creamy while Sorbet was very refreshing and juicy. The quality of the ice cream was impeccable, but it came with a hefty price. For 2 ice cream cones with 2 scoops of ice cream each, my friend and I paid $20. I would recommend considering the price before going if you are on a short budget. Overall, this is a really nice place to get some good ice cream. Definitely for a special occasion!

I recently went here and the customer service was terrible, the boy at the register “colin” was rude, unfriendly, and monotone. Not to mention when my ice cream was made the whip cream was melted, very small portions, and only a slice or two of banana. For almost $20 you would expect better service and portions. Go to Rainbow Cone or Eiffel Waffle two minutes away for better service, portions, and prices.

The strawberry shortcake shake was pretty good. The temperature of the shake was just right. It was not melted at all. And the consistency was thick and delicious.

It took well over 20 minutes of being at a near-standstill in the drive thru to get a shake and a float. The drive thru also locks you in, so you can’t leave despite the wait. Girl at the window was unfriendly, and we requested hot fudge in our malt and paid the upcharge, only to not receive. Very disappointing as we’ve been to other Oberweis locations and had only great experiences!

Went through the drive-thru, and the line was somewhat long, but It moved very quickly. I ordered a strawberry banana shake that was made perfectly. It wasn’t too thin, and it wasn’t too thick. It was Goldilocks… Just right !!! P.S. On our second visit we went inside. The place was extremely clean and the staff were courteous and very hard working. Our orders were made to perfection and tasted great. This is an awesome location !!! We will definitely be returning customers.

Everything here is delicious. When you walk into the store you are usually greeted with the smell of fresh baked waffle cones. My favorites are the chocolate shakes that are so thick you have to eat them with a spoon until it melts a bit to get through the straw, and the Banana Royal.

Not only is the staff super nice. The milkshake was amazing and they gave my cute puppy a pup cup. They are so wonderful over there. Thank you to everybody. I was there on Sunday night. August 17, 2025 and they were just so amazing. The whole team was just phenomenal and I appreciate you guys.
