Been coming to Obees since I moved here 8 years ago. Have never stepped back into a Subway since. Fresh ingredients and ALWAYS good. I’m a big fan of the broccoli cheddar soup and their GUTBUSTER sub. Yummmm

i went here on my lunch hour 1/17/26 2:30pm, i heard really great things about obees from so many people so i decided to give it a try. i walked in and was greeted and they were working on what appeared to be a couple large orders which i completely understand! so i patiently waited for my turn, didn’t ask questions or make eyes at anyone and the girl who was cutting the meat and the bread was just so entirely rude. to the point i almost said something nasty to her but there were children present. i felt bad for all the people working with her because they looked like they genuinely did not want to make her mood worse. it was bringing down the entire energy of the store. although the food was good but not worth it for the terrible service i received. everyone has bad days but it’s not right to take it out on customers who are helping your business flourish and putting food on the table for your family. i dont think ill be coming back as much as i had high hopes.

It’s a sub shop that makes high quality subs. They use premium roast beef and the bread is soft and crusty. The other ingredients are fresh too.
Parking is a little tight, but the subs are $5 less than Mike’s. The food will not upset your belly because of the quality. Well done!

Obees is the spot for lunch! If you’re looking to spend less than $10 for a healthy option, their 4 inch sandwich and 8 Oz soup combo is just under $7 and the broccoli cheese soup is really good

Great sandwiches…. The staff needs to keep their drama to themselves though, very uncomfortable trying to order a sandwich and hearing them yelling at each other complaining about drama or dissatisfaction of the work place. Like I just want a sandwich.

We are on vacation from Tampa and we stumbled upon this cute little deli 1 mile from our rental house. Omg it was incredible. The chef salad amazing! We shared the BIG M, the Italian bread was so fresh and soft and the meat you could tell was good quality and not slimy-deli meat. No pictures of the food but I did take a picture of the menu to upload so others had it . Must try!

Must say I was impressed, then horrified!! First let me say the staff was in the weeds and was handling the stress perfectly!! The issue I have is with the final step before payment, this young lady ages 25-40 she was not a kid! Her ppe IE. Food handling gloves had two fingers poking through then the topper would have to be her running her gloved hands through her hair and NOT changing her gloves before wrapping my sandwich!! I literally threw up in my mouth!!! I left with this sandwich as to not cause a scene. I returned home and immediately threw it in the trash.

Great subs and soups. This place is so much better than that “other” place with the sandwich artists. Local sub shop for locals. Always fresh and delicious. Keep up the good work, team!
