This restaurant definitely surpassed all of our expectations! It was amazing! All the food was so fresh and flavorful and the owner/chef and his wife who sat us and served our meals were so sweet and welcoming. She took the time to explain the different dishes and asked what our preferences were – whether we liked sweet or savory, spicy or mild and depending on our answers gave us suggestions on what to order. Definitely recommend the Oasis sampler appetizer which was delicious. One of our favorite things was the lentil soup that was SO flavorful and wonderful! My husband got the whole fish which was the local rock fish and said it was amazing! A couple of us had the lamb kabobs that were so tender and flavorful. We were so full we couldn’t eat dessert BUT we took some home-made baklava and their home- made ice cream to go and ate it later! Those were absolutely fantastic!! You really need to eat here. You won’t be disappointed!

I visited this place today, as I came to the beach to get away from it all and escape my routine. I want to start by saying that the staff (a lady and the chef) are extremely charming, kind, polite, and super helpful. My food was delicious. My meat was super juicy and very tender; it was an explosion of flavors. I was truly enchanted by this place. (They accept pets on their terrace, and I loved that too.) Thank you. I had a great time.

Didn’t even get to try the food as something that came with the custard pie contained both a curly hair and a dead spider. Lost trust in anything having been prepared in a clean environment and not risking getting sick on vacation.

First time visiting Oasis at the Pismo location. We had been to their SLO location (now closed) many years ago. Entrees are served with a bowl of soup and come with bread. We decided on two vegetable-based dishes, they were very fresh and tasty. I will have to come back and try some of their meat dishes, they all sound good. Plenty of seating is available indoors and out.

Family ran restaurant that brings flavor, comfort and joy with every single bite! Kind and incredible service, amazing food, beautiful view and cozy environment. Food comes fresh so that understandably takes time that is absolutely worth the wait. Definitely a must try and a go to.

The food is fantastic! try a sampler platter and make sure to get a pot of mint tea (big enough for two). They are not fast or cheap and to me that is the point! be prepared to savor the food and the family run atmosphere. We will be back again 🙂

Wow! We really enjoyed our visit to Oasis in Pismo Beach. The food was delicious- gourmet, hot, and served with friendly smiles. What a delight to see a choice of local fresh caught whole fish- so I had rock cod- and was super stoaked to get a nice sized fish (head removed- but that’s ok). Cooked in Moroccoan- Mediterranean style- perfectly done and beautifully seasoned. We got to meet the Chef/owner, Karim Benrahim, and his wife- very personable and interesting folks! We had a delightful meal of traditional delicious Moroccan food- and I ate every bite of that fish! Loved it and hope to return to bring friends! Thankx for a wonderful meal- in a clean comfortable indoor dining experience.

If you want to eat a homemade meal at a restaurant overlooking the ocean and the palm trees this is the place to go. I promise you will not be disappointed. The atmosphere is beautiful and the vibes are so family oriented.
We came to eat here for my Sons 5th birthday on St. Patrick’s day. I checked out their menu online. They had some of his favorite things so i decided to bring him, my, sister and my mom here. Lets just say they were all satisfied. I don’t know how i finished all my food but i did. i left there with a food belly i was so full. The kids meals are crazy big, i wish i could’ve ordered off that menu.
We ordered the Moroccan mint tea and the Turkish coffee. They are both deliciously sweet and flavorful. i was always told i don’t know how to make coffee because at the bottom of my cup i always have grounds but this is how this coffee is served and i loved it.
We also had the falafel fingers and hummus which was absolutely delicious.
My sister ate the fish and fries. Most delicious fresh fries ever may i add. My son had the Honey chicken and my mother and i ordered the Spicy chicken. The chicken was so soft and creamy and the right amount of spice to where you can still taste the flavor of the food. i also ordered the side of garlic fries with my meal which i barely touched. The fries are a perfect combination of soft and crispy they are made with love and magic. it was like a fried mashed potato stick. As if Karim perfectly boiled the potato and then fried it to perfection.
A lot of the cooking reminded me of my grandmothers cooking the falafel reminded me so much of my grandmothers Bajia and the chicken reminded me of her curry.
This Restaurant is ran Perfectly by the lovely Husband and Wife duo.
I feel they are the type that if you return in a year they will remember you.

The service was excellent, the food delicious. I got the spicy salmon it came with rice , vegetables and bread, it was very tasty, the vegetables were cooked al a dente and they were so flavorful , it came with home made lentil soup which was delicious you could taste the ginger , lemon and cinnamon .My husband had the Chicken Kabobs , they were very good. Nice size portions, we couldn’t finish it all so we had the leftovers for dinner the next day. The owner was very nice and explained each dish

Excellent Lamb Kebab and beef shanks. We are glad to take chef’s recommendations to try the Moroccan tea, it was slightly minty and sweet, so delightful.
The bread was God-sent, not the usual flatbreads, much more substantial and doughy.
