Everything about this restaurant was fantastic. We went on the Fourth of July and were greeted with a smile and the food was phenomenal. We saw many regulars as all the staff greeted each one of them as well. There is plenty of parking, it’s clean and a nice atmosphere. The food tasted great and it didn’t take long. They offered their homemade hot sauce and it was good. We throughly enjoyed our meal and will definitely be back in the future. Would highly recommend anyone in the area to stop in for some good food.

A classic diner with friendly service and a really good BLT and coffee. Plenty of specials. Morgan was friendly and attentive and we bonded over fries and brown gravy.

This place is an absolute gem in Fort Myers. The staff and atmosphere were incredibly warm and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The food was delicious and reasonably priced, even though I went with my grandma, who absolutely HATES pancakes. She devoured one like it was her last meal! That alone speaks volumes about the quality AND taste of their food. I had the pleasure of speaking with the owners, who are incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about their craft. They have years of experience in the industry, and it shows in every aspect of their restaurant. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a truly exceptional dining experience. I can’t wait to return next Sunday and indulge in their delicious food once again. It’s truly an oasis in the heart of Fort Myers!

Great Little mom and pop breakfast place
Pancake is more like a crape rather then a traditional fluffy one. And the funny thing is they never give you a check with the total on it. Which we thought was strange.

I’m a Fort Myers resident and have never heard of this place but I figured I would try it. I got Sheryl’s smash burger and I genuinely don’t know what they’re putting in it but it smacked, service was fire and the sweet tea was great I can tell it was home made.

The reviews had me at “old time feel” and it did not disappoint.
Something about the setup, friendly waitstaff, music playing, and the smell of the home style food just make it very special as soon as you walk in the door!
I heard “the pancakes were huge, you have to try them!” So I did. And they were absolutely huge! But so good! I’ve never had them that thin being that big! But oh so good! And they bring you heated syrup!
I also had the Hangover Omelet since it was the most recommended entree. It was perfect.
You might expect a greasy omelet at an old diner, but this was clean and perfect omelet. I swear they must use one of those omelet makers you see on TV, it was loaded yet held together so perfectly!
The hash-browns are always an indicator of how legit a diner is for me, and these were solid. A little thicker than I prefer, but still crispy on the outside so I can’t complain.
Only turn off for me was the fennel seed in the rye bread, but I understand that’s a preference to some people so I won’t knock it! If anything, it shows their commitment to quality in everything, including the bread. Some restaurants will just buy cheap bread to throw on the side, so this “extra mile” is a good thing!

Great service and good home cooking. Prices are reasonable and offers good portions. This place is known to be a favorite of a lot people working in the downtown district. Cozy atmosphere and lots of seating. There’s also lots of free parking and easy to find.

The place is super dirty and smelled super weird and nasty. Also, a booth next to us there was a group of older people and one guy had a dog on the seat and was feeding him and it definitely wasn’t a service dog. He might as well let the dog eat and lick from the plate that people use. But we got sat and got our waters. The waitress came back a few min later to see if we were ready to order, and we were so we did. 45 minutes later we’re still waiting there starving so we decided to get up and leave and let them know the food is taking too long and at least let them know we were out of there. Wasted half the morning giving this place a chance for us to leave starving and unsatisfied. Find a better place to eat.
Edit*** regarding the owners response. I’ll try to be more specific because I don’t want any one to misunderstand or think I’m being insulting, I’m just stating how our first and only experience was there. I never said we went today. This was several weeks ago and I’m just now getting to the review because I feel people should know what they’re going to walk into. The day we did go, the entire restaurant had an odd smell to it and was muggy and the table we got sat at wasn’t cleaned thoroughly. As for the gentleman with the dog, it was not a service dog and had no vest or leash it was half way out it’s bag on the seat begging for food next to the man, and it was the booth across from us. And back when we did go, we didn’t want to be rude and just leave so we did at least let the front host know and they apologized and said they understood.
