This little gem was lunch on our way out of town. The food was so good and delicious. Mashed potatoes were homemade tastiness! Yum! Hush puppies, chicken fried steak , blackened fish and rolls were a few of the dishes our party had. All was good. Priced just right and good service.

We ate there on a Saturday night because the place we originally wanted to eat was a 2 hour wait. The chicken-fried steak was the best my wife has ever had. I had something else so we went back 2 days later so that I could try this dish. It was definitely worth it. If you like southern cooking, I would recommend this place. It is no frills and reminds me of growing up in the deep South. And the fried dill pickles are amazing!

Great food and atmosphere. Steaks were all cooked as requested and of good quality and flavor. The add on shrimps were great additions as well. Broccoli and cheese soup was yummy, and the beers in frosted glasses were delightful. The server was super nice and friendly as was the cashier. The only thing I could say could use improvement is the slow process. Lots of wait times, to be seated, to get bowls for salad bar, to check out and pay. This was probably due to it being being busy or understaffed, and it wasn’t any major waits (5 minutes tops), but yeah just something we noticed was happening for Most of the costumers. Also the pies and cakes are all delicious!

Nice quaint diner. Great food. One waitress covering half the dining area. She was working her tail off to ensure everyone was served. There is a strange salad bar setup where only certain plates use it, but they have 2 bars. Must be a regulars thing.

Good food. My steak was cooked perfectly and very tender. The salad bar was old school and the best ranch I have had in a while. You definitely get a great meal at a reasonable price. We will be back.

I ordered the lunch special chicken fry. It came out cool, and smaller than I would have expected. The best part of the meal was the brown gravy. The salad wasn’t too bad. The salad bar appeared to have plenty of options and I’ll be sure to get a meal with it the next time I go.

Love their salad bar. Got the open faced hot steak sandwich, which was actually really good. What brought us to eat here in the first place was the circle through parking making it easier to park our truck pulling our Jeep. Not many choices for parking in town when your pulling a trailer.
