Originally thought this was a bar and restaurant… Tavern style establishment… it wasn’t… But, the food is good… Pizza is made to order… if you order ahead, they have a counter where it sits and is warmed while you wait… thought that was awesome… Just like turning the heated seats on when you doing it home to eat… not bad for pricing… Quick cook time in a 700 degree oven… first bite, the crust tasted a bit sour, but that was just the corn meal burnt off the bottom of the rotating wheel of a pizza stone… after decerning on what the taste was… it made everything better… I had the side meatballs as well… I am a snob when it comes to meatballs… they were actually good… a lot better then most I have had…
You guys should try doing calzones and strombolis as well…
I will definitely have to swing by again… Definitely give the place a try… Desserts… head over to Crumble…

What more can you ask for? Outstanding pizza and in like 3 minutes. It’s like a miracle moved into the area. Ricotta and roni pizza is just so so so good. We sit in car and eat it and all you hear is mmmm mmmm mmm mmmm!

Since I loved the Nashua location soooo much I had to give the Salem one a try. Honestly the food had the same great taste and quick service. They certainly did a good job on replicating the winning formula from the Nashua store. The pizza was nice and crispy on the edges while the meatballs were tender and delicious!!

I’ve been here twice, and the pizza was really good both times. They have interesting options too, although I haven’t tried most of them. The pizza’s made fresh and cooks very fast with the oven they use. It’s a small space, so be aware that the seats will be limited if it’s really busy.

Excellent customer service, pick up was easy, and a small item was not available due to seasonality…they went above and beyond by giving us some free brownies… It was not even necessary, but so very much appreciated! We had 3 different pizzas, a 16″ cheese, a specialty white pizza and a gluten free w/ vodka sauce & mozz, all were excellent!

6.9 Ordered a classic pepperoni pizza. Should’ve ordered spicy sauce. Was not a fan of the sweet sauce. Crust is a bit chewy. Was hoping for more crunch.
Edit to respond to owner:
Sweet isn’t the right descriptor you’re correct. Very tomato definitely and like nothing else. Again, not my style, should’ve tried the spicy sauce.
I took the pizza from the store straight to my car and had a bite. It was not crispy. It was not in the box for more than 3 minutes from oven to car. The excellent gentleman firing the pizza even let it sit in the oven for like a quarter turn longer as per my request. I was legitimately disappointed in the crust even though it looked spectacular.

$20 bucks for the vodka pie. The cheese isn’t melted on the top yet some how taste burnt on the bottom. The store was empty. Guess I know why.

Delicious Pizza! My wife and I were in the area with our infant child and needed a quick bite. We tried OakCraft on a whim (and based on the favorable google reviews) and were incredibly impressed with the pizza. I’ve been to plenty of pizza places who use the “2-minute” or “Quick” pizza marketing ploy to get you in the door for a quick pizza…they didn’t hold a candle to OakCraft. While they advertise being able to make the pizza within three minutes, it’s the unique topping combinations and the quality of the ingredients that stole the show. We had the Hot Pep and the Vodka Pie (gotta love peas on pizza!) – incredible. You never know how much time you’ll have with kids, and at OakCraft you’ll be well into your second pie by the time the kids start getting fussy. Great pizza and overall experience. Plus, we were able to meet the owner – an absolutely fantastic guy who really cares about the quality of his product and taking care of his staff. 10/10 would recommend. Don’t listen to the semi-famous pizza reviewers who didn’t give it a fair shake!
