I was surprised to see the negative reviews. Its a small shop with limited staff. When a large number of people show up it would be slow anywhere.
Another review about how expensive it is also surprising. I can certainly find cheaper out side of Seattle but in the middle of downtown, not that I saw.

The bagels were excellent. Generous amounts of cream cheese and very fresh tasting bagel. Service was friendly and my order was correct.

I would happily return.

Bagel with cream cheese is $6 and decent… egg sandwiches are pretty dry.

Solid bagel shop. It’s a bit pricey, but the bagels are good. If you order one of their bagel sandwiches you can choose what bagel you want to use.

I personally like their lox bagel or I get a sesame bagel with strawberry cream cheese on the side and that’s great too. My boyfriend enjoys their turkey club. I don’t really like their avocado toast bagel. It tastes basically like a salad on bread and I’m not a big fan of sprouts. But if I were to get it again, I would add an egg to give it more flavor contrast.

They have great service here. I don’t feel like I wait too long for my order (like 10 minutes max). There can be a line sometimes in the morning but it moves steadily. They have a few tables and chairs to sit at around the shop, so I usually wait there after ordering.

Also one time their payment kiosk was down and the person at the counter personally informed everyone in line that they could only do room charge. I really appreciated that they did that instead of you waiting until you get to the front of the line to figure out you can’t use Apple Pay.

Also another time I had to change my order after I paid to another bagel sandwich and they didn’t even charge for the difference! So nice!

The bagel shop is inside the Hyatt, right though the lobby. The Hyatt has a sleek design and the bagel shop is no different.

Overall when I stay at the Hyatt I always look forward to getting bagels from here. Great bagels and great service.

Conveniently located in a hotel lobby accessible to guests and the public alike.

Although the staff is pleasant, it is insufficient to handle the morning rush, resulting in a 15 minute wait and wrong orders.

The bagel itself is fresh, thus the two stars, but it was not prepared correctly. I ordered a sesame bagel with plain cream cheese but was given the bagel slathered in so much butter I had to scrape off a pile of butter; sadly, did not discover this until after I left. The orders of the three patrons before me were also wrong adding to the delayed service. Finally, they did not wipe the prep board or knife between bagels, so my bagel had bits of onion/garlic from the everything bagel they sliced/prepared prior to mine.

Would not recommend.

Bagels were so delicious and service was warm and caring! My kids are gluten free and their breakfast bagel was toasted to perfection and made with love. Highly recommend.

Horrible coffee! Sour/bitter to taste. I had to flood my Americano with cream to make it tolerable. The bacon on the bagels was charred to the point that you couldn’t tell what it was! Not worth the $40 plus dollars we spent!

NOTE: the entrance is inside the hotel entrance. The sign also doesn’t say O8 bagels.

Not bad, but kind of disappointing. I came because reviews said they have gluten free bagels, which they do, but they need to toast them in the same toaster as the gluten bagels. They only had cream cheese as the filling, nothing else. The bagel itself was pretty mediocre, crumby and even though it was toasted it was cold on the inside. I ended up only eating half. The girl at the counter was really nice though.

This bagel shop is great! They have GF bagels and vegan options as well for ppl with dairy allergies. Elizabeth was really friendly and got to know my order over the week that I stayed at the hotel which made me feel special. The rest of the staff were friendly as well. My husband really liked the normal bagels as they have tons of options for everyone.

I love a good bagel sandwich and this was so delicious. Bacon and egg comes with a whiskey bacon jam that adds a delicious sweet flavor – one of the best breakfast sandwiches I’ve had. Mostly hightop seating available. There’s also a Slices machine for pizza by the slice.
