Fantastic food! Biscuits and gravy for the adults which was plenty of food, French toast for the kids – kid approved! Service was incredible. So kind and friendly to my girls and making sure we had everything we needed! Mimosas were on par!

10 out of 10, I highly recommend you DO NOT go to O-Town MugsandGrubs in Orofino. We had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. We waited for over an hour for our food, while we watched other customers come in after us, get served, eat, and leave. Some people weren’t even acknowledged at all and ended up leaving out of frustration. When our order finally came up, instead of an apology, we were actually yelled at and told it was our fault for ordering a 20-piece chicken wing. The staff was having a great time laughing and drinking the entire time we sat with our water waiting for our food. We even checked in during the time we waited, and were told again it was due to our request for a 20-piece chicken wing. Meanwhile, they continued to serve others their 10-piece wings with no issue. We were polite and quiet for over an hour, but by the time the female delivered our food with hostility and raised her voice at us, I got up to leave, as I was angry, and she continued to get louder at my husband, stating it was all our fault. This was a group of 5 of us; no one was loud, obnoxious, rude, or an issue at this point. This kind of treatment toward customers is unacceptable. Poor service, long waits, and rude behavior from staff made this one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had. I will not be returning, and I will not be encouraging anyone to visit this establishment. It was an extremely disappointing experience, and yes, I have sent a message to the owners; however, at this point, I have asked around, and everyone seems to think this was the owner who treated us so poorly.

A fun place to visit and food is always great! I especially enjoyed the tornado potato and the Sunday brunch is always a treat. Love those Mimosas with fresh fruit! Give it a try!
