More pretentious then it merits. Very nice locale and plating was pretty but service was slow and taste nothing exciting. Also very strict about the children’s menu which was basic and being only until 12 years old, waiter loudly exclaiming in a rude way when we asked for an exception for our 73 year old grandmother with stomach issues.

Enter through a dense garden into a wonderfully quirky dining room set under a sloped roof and ending in a mini bamboo forest, all brimming with art and a slick mix of antique and modern furnishing. Food and wine both universally excellent. Service in line with local standards, which is to say it’s not America so be a little patient.

Went back for an evening meal annual friends gathering, table of 19. We had two tables, one for the kids and one for the adults and we were all loomed after really well- in fact, the waiters and owners went above and beyond to make sure everyone was happy. The food was amazing, the drinks were fab, the desserts were delicious. On saturday nights, the restaurant turns into a bit of a party later on with a DJ and dancing, we wish we could have stayed for that part as it was a great atmosphere and seemed loads of fun! We will definitely be back.

Nice decor. we went for the lunch 20 Euro platter which was great value. Some of it was very nice but there were some misses too. I didn’t rate the fish and there was cheese advertised on it but none in reality.
The drinks are quite pricey here so despite the good value platter the bill was normal price for the island. Enjoyed the meal but think there are better places around

What a terrible experience . Firstly I asked front of desk if he had any tables and he checked his reservations . Next lady comes along . Didn’t bother checking , just said yes. Left me for 15 minutes waiting to take my order for a drink or even food . They were standing around chatting and laughing and after reading the reviews of the food I left! The restaurant owner needs to shake up his staff!
