I have been there about three times. The service needs to improve. The first two times I got my food to go through Uber Eats. Each time the person there was dragging their feet to get my order. The third and final time I placed my order through Uber Eats I had it delivered and I never got my order. I had to go through a lot of trouble to get a full refund. The staff at this place are hurting this location. I hope they get better staff.

The pizza was delicious, but a bit undercooked and the kitchen/cashier employees were eating and making the pizza with no gloves on, while eating snacks. The women’s bathroom was out of order, but the decor/atmosphere was nice. Pizza was definitely pricey, but we did get a jumbo. It was around $35.

This is my First time eating here in a very long time, it was okay but good. The food was good, love their bone in wings yum. Their thin crust pizza was ok for me. They also have a variety of pies slices and cake, so delicious. The menu is very much great having so much things that we love. Thank you for a very good customer service, treated us on Monday with a very nice smile, respectful way. Love the pictures on the wall. And the two statues. Would love to go again and try other things.

Solid gyros and outstanding service. The guy running the place is always pleasant and cheerful. Order is always ready before the eta. Decor is cool. I can’t say pizza is their strong suit, but that depends on your personal taste. Despite its name, the pizza is not NY style. I have been there 4 or 5 times, always happy.

I recently placed a phone order at NYPD Milwaukee, and the experience was exceptional. The person who took my call I think his name is ISHAM was incredibly professional, friendly, and attentive, answering all my questions and offering helpful suggestions. His patience and care for customer satisfaction truly stood out. The food was fresh, delicious, and perfectly prepared—just as described. Excellent service and quality make NYPD Milwaukee my go-to spot. Highly recommended!

If you want (OLD FOOD) here’s the place to get it from!!!! I ordered a corn beef sandwich with fries, the corn beef was sooo DRY and CRUNCHY it wasn’t edible at all oh and the fries DRY and OLD.

The cashier named AJ helped me out very much tonight. I ordered for delivery and someway somehow it was mixed up. Been waiting for over two hours now, but thank God to your employee AJ who helped me out and was very patient with me on the phone call. I explained to him that I’ve been waiting over Two hours now and he respectfully apologize for the driver and make sure that he remade my food fresh to be delivered out to me as soon as possible. I appreciate it the kindness and respect that AJ gave me NYPD pizza is my number one restaurant that I go to in love all the employees are awesome Even though they mistakenly mixed up my order.

Great Environment and establishment. After church we took about 10 small children out for pizza and soda. NYPD was pleasantly patient and kind. I have been trying to reach the manager for the last couple of days regarding the issue I had with my food being raw. Every time I call they always say he’s just left to try him back. I have left my phone number for a call back and still haven’t heard from him. I’m beyond frustrated with them and when I ask for a refund they say they can’t do it because I place the order online. The night of the incident I was at work I called and ask can they come back to get it bring me something else the man Row stated no I need to speak to the manager. Today I called again for the manager and the women tried to help me as best she could asking if I want to replace my order but I told her no I don’t want thing from there after this experience.
