This is a fantastic restaurant run by fantastic people. They push the envelope with their flavors and succeed in wonderful but surprising ways. We will definitely be back next time we are in Maui. We stayed all the way over in West Maui, and made the worthwhile drive anyway. We will be recommending this place to all friends and family who may be visiting.

I rarely write reviews but I made an exception for nylos. This is one of the most special dining experiences I’ve had in my life. Every course you eat is so complex and using the best high quality ingredients available. My wife and I ate at some of the most popular restaurants all across Hawaii, but this restaurant takes the cake. The owners are a husband and wife team and couldn’t be more delightful people. I would recommend this place to anyone who enjoys fine dining

All I can say is run don’t walk to this amazing restaurant!! It’s truly a fantastic dining “experience”, with incredible food and terrific service. To be able to interact with Chef Jeremy, and have him describe the fantastic dishes he is preparing right in front of you was so enjoyable. We really loved the chill vibe atomosphere and listening to the classic rock music while enjoying dinner. We will without a doubt return here every time we come back to Maui!!

My husband and I travel to Maui often and decided to try NyloS. We have eaten at many expensive restaurants and left satisfied and that the entire experience was worth the price. Not the case here. The atmosphere and service was just okay. Actually I was underwhelmed. When we arrived at the 5pm seating, we waited at least 20 min for our complimentary glass of champagne and it came from an opened bottle (assume from a previous night)–it was removed from a wine fridge near our table and the bottle stopper removed and poured–it was flat and we expected more.

We celebrated my 30th birthday at NyloS. It was the best fine dining experience we’ve had on vacation. The food is amazing and made with love. Service was great with sincere conversation. The intimate setting was perfect and made the entire experience unique. The place is well decorated and reflects the pride the family put into their vision for the business. 100% recommend if in Maui! Thank you for the amazing time!
