I ordered a shrimp/chicken wrap with lettuce, mayo and onions which I’ve ordered many times before so it was my go to.. It was horrible the chicken was dry, it was about 3/4 baby shrimp, about two pieces of lettuce and not wrapped correctly.. If I could’ve gave it a negative star I would have. I was so disappointed

So I’m going to Nick’s pizza and I order a slice of pepperoni pizza and two chicken wings he tells me $10 so I say OK. How much are the wings cause I ordered a slice of pizza all the time said wings are two dollars apiece I said so you charge me six dollars for a slice of pepperoni pizza, oh my bad my bad Seven dollars I said OK that’s more like it so when they ring me up, he tells me $9.50 they’re charging me $1.50 to use my card that doesn’t make any sense at all and that’s on this occasion the last time I came Into the store place my order for delivery I paid upfront they charged me a two dollar and 50 Cent delivery fee no problem. I know the drivers get paid but they got my order wrong and wanted to charge me to bring the right order to my house. it’s terrible because they treat everybody the same as the demographic of the neighborhood that they cater to. I highly recommend that you don’t go there.

I ordered my food at 9pm at 10pm I called and the young lady told me that the (6) orders had just left the store (after an hour, so they waited for 6 orders before mine went out) at10:30 the driver called me and said he was out front. I got up out of my bed to come get the food and he was not here. I called him back and he said he made a mistake he was at another delivery. I have a disability and it’s hard for me to get around so this was an extreme inconvenience. I called back and asked them to refund my card. The young lady was very nice and said that she would. This order displayed very bad business practices.

Ordered a meatball sub and if I had teeth I wouldn’t have them anymore the meatballs we’re rocks.The cooks take no pride in there work and could care less about if you enjoy your food or not.I used to work at a similar place and similar pay be cared about the customer enough to feed them a edible product.Terrible simply terrible.The saving grace was the wonderful woman who took the money

Do not order from this company. I ordered almost$50 worth of food last night and I waited until 2am and it never came. I called for hrs checking the status and eventually I was told the restaurant was closed and unable to deliver my food. And I had to wait until the restaurant opened to request a refund. Only to finally get a test that says the restaurant refused to refund the order because it was delivered. But it was never ever delivered. I have a ring camera that proves it was never delivered. I sent the camera proofs that it never came and they still refused. At this point they stole from me and they are ok with that. Food is too high to be stealing from people.
