My daughter loved the crab boil. Cooked perfectly. I, however, was not as pleased. I got a cheeseburger and upgraded the fries to fried pickles. I paid an extra $2.99 to do that. When I got my meal the pickles were NOTHING like the picture online. The portion was measly and the breading was falling off. And they didn’t even give me the ranch dip. The burger was pretty good. But the pickles were a huge disappointment. I will return and give them another try. When I go back I’ll just order something else.

So far great crab legs and fried chicken. Today the fried shrimp was little overcooked and wasn’t clean. It was kind hard to bite and the fries was soggy.

Heck no!! I don’t know if it was because it was later in the evening..but my chicken wasn’t fresh at all. You can tell they are refrying old chicken that sat all day ‍♀️. I tried eating it the next day and it wasn’t edible..threw it away. The prices are nice..too bad the food isn’t. Never again..will go across the street to Church’s Chicken

Me and my husband decided to try this place soon after it opened and it was the worst food we have ever ordered out. The nacho cheese was the worst quality fake government cheese we have ever tasted! AND it had residual taste of an all purpose cleaner and metal, just gross. Yes we took it back, they let us order cheeseburgers which were edible but barely, we will not be returning here.

Baked potato was literally swimming in grease, I mean swimming. I have video footage of a pool of grease just moving around in the bottom of the bowl but none of the ingredients were fried so what’s happening? The wings I ordered were supposed to be bbq but were not, were fried hard without me saying that’s what I wanted(I don’t even like my wings fried hard) and they weren’t whole wings like the photo showed. Ordered through DoorDash as a first time customer so I didn’t know any better and couldn’t inspect the food.

I asked if the food is truly halal. The owner says it’s halal, but one of the staff wasn’t sure and said they buy meat from Sam’s Club, which doesn’t sell halal chicken. If the food isn’t fully halal, it’s misleading and may violate consumer protection laws. Please be honest with your customers.

My food was bland…this was my first time at NYC Deli since the name and owners changed. The seafood platter was very very bland which was a disappointment because I drove 20 minutes and I used to get flavorful seafood before it changed.
