A good location! They haven’t messed up my order the few times I’ve come, my order’s always quick, the employees seem like they’re good at customer service.
But I felt the need to review because…. Accessible bathroom for wheelchair users! The door is a little heavy, but there’s room to transfer if you’re not ambulatory (if you can scoot the trash can over), and the sink is decently low, the soap is right next to it. There’s curb cutouts that make sense too. Love to see it.

Horrible experience from ordering to receiving.
Never was greeted from the beginning or spoken to at the drive thru.
Ordered a 6 piece hashbrown….that were very old/stale/burnt.
The coffee was HORRIBLE. Not even sure what was mixed inside.
The person handing me my food was VERY rude, basically shoved my drink in my face saying HERE in an ugly tone.
took about 10 minutes. mind you I was the only car in line and there was maybe 3 people sitting inside.
If I could rate in the negatives I sure would!

THE BEST DUNKIN CREW AROUND… now let me say why only 1 star…. the new renovations just completed… was way better before they changed it, comfortable cushioned seating area, warm colors on the walls… no more nice seating, you get hard surfaces only and its all painted grey and tan… i no longer want to sit inside and drink my coffee.

They’re so inconsistent with whether they give me decaf lattes or not. I have health issues so I can’t have caffeine and I always ask them to please make sure it’s decaf and they always assure me that it is but then I’ll have awful symptoms later due to the caffeine. And it always says it’s decaf on the label, but I can tell the difference due to the taste because the regular espresso tastes like espresso and the decaf one taste extremely watered down.

It was EXACTLY the refreshing lemonade drink I needed! America runs on Dunkin’! Great customer service & the food always looks & smells amazing! On another note, it is a snazzy place to hang out with friends with a calm atmosphere & comfy seating.

I stayed at the Super8 nearby and the DD was very convenient and friendly. I am not from the area and the brown sugar cold brew i got here was better than any that I got near where I am from. One of the staff members remembered me from the day before which made my whole day and really added to my experience. The drive thru line was long but it took no time. I was very impressed.

The Dunkin employees are kind personable and I enjoy my daily dose of it and look forward to each member of their staff. They know my voice over the drive thru intercom and my order and they make my visit quick and efficient. I’ve only had one mistake ever happen to my order and they made sure to fix it upon me mentioning it. That’s showing me they value ME as a customer and want my business and makes me feel good knowing they will take any feedback and learn/grow
