NY Pizza Patrol was very average pizza. It did not have a lot of flavor and the crust was so hard, I didn’t even eat it. For what you get the pizza was really expensive and very unforgettable.

It was my first time at this restaurant and PEDRO was amazing! Super quick, attentive, and very kind — he really made our visit feel welcoming.

Went to lunch with my coworker at the pizza patrol and it was so good. Portions are huge and the garlic knots are the best I have ever had! Go check it out, you won’t regret it!

We ordered a cheese pizza, deluxe pizza, pepperoni/sausage/olives pizza, margharita pizza (their spelling), blanca pizza, cheese garlic bread, and an order of mild chicken wings. The best of the bunch was the cheese garlic bread, which unfortunately got stale quickly because of the travel time (15 minutes). None of the pizzas landed with any member of the family. The margharita pizza in particular was deemed unworthy of a second bite. My take is that ingredients are dumped on the pie without a lot of thought. Ingredients don’t get cooked the same, like peppers and onions taste closer to raw than cooked. In general, we had a poor experience.
There’s enough great reviews that I’m willing to dine in and see how the experience compares, but I definitely won’t do takeout again (I’ll update my review after my visit). As it stands, I wasn’t impressed.

Ordered delivery for my business. Food arrived on time, but it appears the driver didn’t read or speak English and he was unable to follow the directions stating to go to the correct building. When I tried to talk with him he seemed unable.
Food was over the top delicious. No scraps left. Other than spending $15 for a delivery fee and tip that wasn’t earned, I would order again. Just need to pick it up.

The first time I ordered this pizza, I wasn’t satisfied with the quality — but looking back, maybe it was just my perception or an off day.
The truth is, the quality is actually very good. And what really stood out was how the owner handled my feedback — he listened, showed genuine concern, and was incredibly respectful and human about it.
I decided to give it another try… and I was honestly impressed.
I’ve ordered a few more times since then, and each time has been great.
We’re all human — we make mistakes, and that includes me.
So here I am, being fair: I absolutely recommend this place now.
