As someone who grew up in Central New Jersey/NY Metropolitan area, I consider myself to be connoisseur of NY-style pizza. I’ve lived in southern Kentucky for over 30 years, and it’s a great place to live or work, but the pizza is mostly horrendous. That was before I discovered NY Pie in Gallatin. The moment I entered, the aroma told me “you’re home!”, and gave me a hint as to what expect from their pizza. And it lived up to its promise. I ordered a plain cheese pizza, because great pizza does not require an overwhelming cast of extras that may hide the basic, underlying product. Well, I was not disappointed! The crust was crisp and delicious, the texture of the cheese was great, and the sauce was perfect. New York Pie well worth the hour and 10 minute drive, and I highly recommend it!

My family and I come here at least twice a month, for 3 years. For me, it’s the best pizzeria in Hendersonville; they’re always friendly and smiling. The manager is very kind and always makes sure to say hello. The place is a little run down in terms of furnishings, but it’s still worth it. We’ll keep coming back for those delicious, crispy pizzas! Recommended!

I Love NY pie and I absolutely want to give a shout out to my man Joey!! He is awesome he is hard-working he is sweet he is kind and he’ll do everything in his power to satisfy customers as much as he possibly can!! And I love her that he’s a man of God obviously he’s not perfect but other than that he is awesome and I love Joey to death and the atmosphere is fantastic the service is amazing and the food is absolutely perfect!!
I would definitely highly recommend this place for pizza and also their garlic knots their cookies just everything about this place is fantastic!! And shout out to the rest of the workers that are there that bust their butts everyday to give literally the best pizza I feel like that’s in Hendersonville and it’s actually the biggest as well though haha
Other than that if you never try this place but you always seen it? Please go when I highly recommend it it is delicious
And also I’m one of Joey’s Church France haha we were there like last Sunday and we were probably the loudest group in the back haha but again we absolutely love Joey and he is awesome and shout out to all the workers again as well as they are hard-working people

We have been eating at NY Pie for many years. The Hendersonville and Nashville West restaurants are both great…we have dined solely at the Hendersonville location for the past several years. The food is very good, staff is super friendly and kind, and Katie manages the restaurant well. Unfortunately there have been two recent and significant price increases, and our family simply cannot justify $22 for a plain cheese pizza when other local pizza places charge much less for the same thing. We would like to stay customers, but these new prices are way too high! We hope the owner considers returning the prices to where they were so regulars like us aren’t priced out of coming to NY Pie in Hendersonville.

Hands down one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had! The crust was perfectly golden and crispy on the outside while staying soft and chewy inside. The sauce had just the right balance of tang and sweetness, and you can tell it’s made fresh. Every topping tasted high-quality — generous portions, melted cheese perfection, and not greasy at all.
The staff was super friendly, the place smelled incredible, and everything came out hot and fresh. Whether you’re dining in or grabbing takeout, this pizza is chef’s kiss. I’ll definitely be coming back again (probably sooner than I should).

Yall have become stingy with the cheese on your pizza . Don’t order extra because then it’s way too much . $26 for a large 1 topping.. nah, it’s not that great . It used to be .

NY Pie is one of the best pizza spots in Hendersonville and as a person with food allergies, they are accommodating and helpful. However, recent price changes are ridiculous. Large pies starting at above $20 is a total rip off and if you don’t get extra cheese it’s often bubbly and skimpy, so that only increases the price even more. I would easily give 5 stars with more reasonable prices.

The pizza was pretty good, garlic knots were ok, but not worth the price point or the atmosphere. People had to stand around waiting for a seat to open in various places throughout the restaurant…just hoping their food wasn’t ready before someone got up to provide a seat to actually eat. The set up is all wrong. There is no waiting area in the front so people actually stood and waited beside tables where others were trying to enjoy their meal. It was chaotic and when asking for a table to be cleaned off (someone finally finished and we saw an open seat) it was rushed, we had to stand in the aisle and wait, and the table was barely cleaned. We had to finish cleaning the table off ourself. It would have been better if we ordered carry out from Dominos and ate in our car. Parking was also not ideal, only one bathroom stall, and the price point is too high for what you get. I would only stop in IF it’s an off time. Maybe you will get friendlier service and be able to eat your pizza in a more peaceful laid back atmosphere. Don’t go out of your way to try it.
