We went thru the drive thru @ 11:57pm service was shit, wouldn’t refund and well I’ll show pictures of the food. “Oh, I gave you extra fries” No, you dumped out your fry Basket into my bag, and you couldn’t manage to get fries inside the fry cups? Refused to pull out the sauce for the special McCrispy. Just a girl giggling every time we asked about something. Horrible experience, horrible service. Not impressed with this night crew.

The manager Nadia was so rude on the phone. We got cheese on our quarter pounder when I called to tell her I ask her what her name was and she said why . Who does that? Then I came in a few minutes ago to get the remake and the General Manager was just as rude. I have never experienced service like this. I work at Saint Alphonsus Hospital I will not be back. I have been coming here for 7 yrs. Then I forgot to get a drink the girl came to the window and said what do you what now? I said why are you all so rude? She walked away. Another older gentleman came he was the only one that was nice. I want someone to contact me. Who is the district manager?

Used to be my favorite McDonalds. Lately, everytime I go in the wait is ridiculously long and when its in drive thru, I have to park to wait for general items. Like sausage mcmuffin at 7am. Or paying $5 for a half cup of coffee filled with whip cream. (Lady shook it and showed another coworker who shrugged her shoulders and still gave it to me that way)

This is the second time using the app in the drive-thru and got a half full box of fries. If you are going to charge $4 for a large fry, at least you could fill the box up. There are lots of fast food restaurants in this area that will give me what I pay for. So long McDonalds.

For over a month now, we’ve been experiencing this problem. When we order hot coffee, it’s not available at this place. We place the order, and they say it’s available, but when we get to the counter, they say, “We’re sorry, the machine is broken,” after a long wait. This is a terrible situation that we’ve been dealing with for over a month. I don’t know what the problem is with this restaurant.

I’m loving it! Growing up McDonald’s was always a treat and to this day it still is. Breakfast at this location was hot and tasty. The McCafe is a delicious blend of coffee at a bargain price. You cannot beat a sausage egg and cheese biscuit with a hot cup of coffee. 10/10 recommend for those mornings where you just need a pick me up.

I have ordered from this McDonald’s fove times, four of those five times I have recieved the wrong order, or no modifications made. I will not be ordering from this place again and I couldnt not recommend enough that nobody else orders from here, I work in the food industry so i know how stressful it can be. But thier failure rate on orders is something that would get you fired almost everywhere else

I went there during my lunch break and waited 15 minutes, even though I was standing where people stand to order and multiple people looked at me. I ordered one triple cheeseburger with mac sauce, that was it. They didn’t give me a receipt or tell me the order number, I tried to ask except they immediately walked away but I figured they would probably tell me when my order was ready. They did not, they just yelled out the number(which again, they did NOT tell me) and put it on the thing for mobile orders/pickups(which is why I assumed it wasn’t mine, my order wasn’t a mobile order) and it wasn’t until I had sat there for like 45 minutes that they told me it was mine. At that point it was already freezing cold and get this, here’s the real kicker. After all that, the ONE thing I ordered wasn’t even correct. I opened it up and it was a single burger completely plain. Which I also didn’t get to eat during my lunch because of how long it took them.
