If I’m going to pay $24 for two beef bacon hero sandwiches, after I asked for no cheese and extra beef bacon then I definitely want it that way. After I opened it and showed him that’s not what I asked for he tells me he can’t remake it! I didn’t act crazy, I simply let him know he was 110% in the wrong, but don’t worry I’ll keep calling until I can talk to an owner, because this is unacceptable! I recommend to the people don’t go here!!! it’s bad enough that I’m lactose intolerant and can’t eat it, but to add the insult to injury you can’t remake my sandwich because you don’t feel like it is insane!

DISGUSTING!!! The establishment Dirty. The food is both spoiled and a smell and taste of a unclean grill. These other reviews are FAKE! I Went their today and will never return. In fact I’m calling the health department first thing in the morning! I spent 62.00 for a pastrami hero with 2.00 extra meat. And the chicken over rice which i paid for extra chicken the chopped up small chicken wasn’t fresh and very dry. Then they have the never to charge a different price. Cash is one price and a card is a higher price. All of the order was very small portioned. Again don’t waste your hard earned money on this place or eat the food!!!

So hit or miss. I feel like when the old owners were there the food was good but everything else was subpar never had drinks etc. Now the food and service is subpar. Before new management my chicken was friend to perfection never burnt or too greasy. Now wings are greasy barely have a taste and none of the lamb plates etc taste how they used to.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I normally order from Manhattan deli , but this place was closer so I decided to get my lunch from here. I ordered online for pickup, received a text and email stating my order was ready for pickup up, upon reaching there I was told my order was given to someone else. I sat in there for an hour trying to resolve it. I left with no food & no refund. Never testing my luck with this place again. Bad customer service ! And very rude. They also talk about you in their language instead of trying to resolve the issue.
