This was tonights dinner choice, and I was very impressed! Fresh ingredients creating such tasty meals! Workers were very patient with me( i ask too many questions)! I ordered the Lamb Gyro and the smashing burger; delicious! My partners only take away is that he wished the falafel was smashed down a little more so that it cover the whole burger but he also rates this nights meal choice a Success!

I have been to the restaurant stone oak location. One of the BEST gyro places we go to. On my way back home from work I saw this truck at one of the gas stations and told my husband, “Hey! It’s closer and we should try it!”
We did! My husband ordered their Philly gyro style and oh my. So huge and so full of flavor! It was difficult for him to finish it and those are RARE moments.

I ordered the Pita Wrap with Lamb, and it was incredibly delicious. I requested extra sauces (all three of them). I’ve visited this food truck twice, and the staff has always been friendly and helpful.

Drive past all the time and finally decided to stop after getting off work. Guy working in the truck was great and welcoming. Food is all made fresh. He made it known that there would be a wait, but I did not anticipate an hour for two people ahead of me just for loaded gyro fries, although they were amazing. Think he may need someone to take orders while he cooks just to expedite the process. Or complete each order first then help people in line with new orders. Overall, I’ll be back however, if I see several cars there, might just pass by. Wasn’t ideal at all considering just getting off work.

Went once the place was sold out clue that it must be good… I went there today, not knowing what falafel was. I inquired about the fries and ended up going for something else which was the 2X lamb over rice. Secretly, I still had a craving for fries when we got home. Not only where we surprised by a ball of falafel, which was delicious, and my very first time, ever trying it and a few fries were included. I highly recommend this place. Plus there’s nothing like watching a husband and wife working in harmony to create something delicious

Had the lamb sandwich in a peta bread. The bread was soft and easy to chew on, the ingredients were perfect-not too salty. The fries were great, just salty enough with a hint of spicy-not hot at all, they were crunchy all the way through(no soft parts) just how I like them.
