Had an awesome Dasher spent $75 literally on six items. I guess they have teenagers working there tonight. Forgot both of our sandwiches. How hard is it to make a burger? I run a restaurant and I checked the order before I send it out. I wouldn’t recommend this checkers. I’d go another hour to the Nashville location. I will not be eating here or spending any of my money at this restaurant one of the worst ones, I’ve had just look at the pictures. if I was this manager, I’d get your crew in check and learn how to answer the phone. This is why fights break out this is why customers get mad because when someone does screw up, you guys don’t take a accountability for your own actions.

Not very often perfection comes from a fast food place (as someone who eats and has worked in food), but my experience today was flawless. I got the $5 MVP with the double cheese. The burger? Perfect spread of condiments, meat and cheese placement. The fries? Hot and fresh. Turnover? Epic. I don’t care if I sound like a weirdo, but I about nearly cried in happiness. I drove 15 mins back to the store just to tell them how amazing it was. Working fast food, hardly anyone puts effort into quality, these guys did it and I thank them for it. Definitely will be back, it’s my new only go to. God bless!

Went to the local cheddars because I am working in the area and wanted some lunch. Went ahead and got the two for seven deal which included a double cheeseburger and two chili hotdogs.
As you can see from the photos below the cheeseburger is in edible, covered in stuff, and the meat itself doesn’t seem like it’s cooked at all. Or it’s just so full of filler that it doesn’t actually seem like meat. I took a bite and it’s awful. I just ate the chili dogs and my apple pie and left it alone.
The girl at the drive-through was kind enough and everything came out quickly, but clearly not correctly. I’ve never eaten at a checkers before, so this is my first experience and I definitely will not be going back.

I had a burger and fries and loved it. My coworkers had the same and chicken tenders and said they were great also. Chill atmosphere with decently priced items on menu and have already recommended to others I work with along with friends.

Look, I’m now being mean or anything like that, but you get what you pay for, especially when it comes to food taste and quality. I mean, yeah, we stop and grab lunch here from time to time, but it isn’t anything to really just knock your socks off. But I do recommend giving this place a try. At least one time, it’s not that bad, but it’s not something I would eat once or twice a week.

I’m not coming back!!! My burger wasn’t cooked all the way and I didn’t get the toppings I asked for. When someone says they only want certain things that’s what I want! I went back through your drive through twice. Still mayo or spit on my burger I couldn’t tell!!! I only got to eat fries and paid over 12.00. I should have been able to get what I paid for! I ate here for my first and last time today. Im pretty sure I have food positioning. Im deathly sick. I regret not speaking up but I just don’t like to be that person. First of all the gentlemen taking orders was snotting everywhere and wiping his nose up his arm. That immediately was a red flag to leave but dumb me proceeding to order. My burger was just ok but my fries was raw. That was the first time I have got bad fries at a checkers. Im from Georgia and I ate checkers all the time and never had a bad experience. The gentlemen taking orders was also cursing very loud. And my cousin that was with me had ordered some of the strawberry bites and there was a deep fried black hair laying right on top soon as she pulled them out the bag. You guys really need to take a long hard look at this location. I personally will never eat at this location ever again.

I love the buns they use for the sandwiches .the French fries are good, too.I use doordash for this order two days and a roll they do not secured the drinks. I wasn’t comfortable with that. I will not do delivery no more just for that reason.

All I can say is wow and thank you to the staff working from 3-4pm today at the Chapman highway location. The customer service was incredible and I could tell the staff makes effort to keep business smooth even in a busy environment. I tried the new MVP meal w/ the mushroom Swiss burger, and I am blown away; I think it rivals the baconzilla for me. All to say, thank you to the staff for making my lunch break easy and sound. Keep up the great work.
Side note: It was great to use my $5 rewards from the Checkers App.

after waiting 20 to 30 minutes to place my order they didn’t even listen to my order I asked for large and she kept talking over me and laughing about it. When I got my order it was still incorrect like what if I had a food allergy they really just don’t care. I tried to reach out however their process is broken to report issues. I did get food poisoning as well throwing my brains up about two hours after I ate it like it tasted good but still I had to void my bowels as well. I love rallys/checkers but here the standards are severely lacking. The health department needs to pay them a visit.
