Nutrition Zone Beverage Bar is located in Paducah, KY. We are Paducah’s only independent nutritious beverage bar serving Paducah, Mayfield, Benton, Murray, and surrounding areas. We serve protein, meal replacement, pre and post workout shakes using real food. We also have protein and energy tea (no powder mixes), boba tea, cold pressed juice, healthy baked goods, chaffle sandwiches, protein bites, protein donuts, and much more. We offer meal prep and healthy food options in a grab-n-go cooler. We carry products from the following local businesses: Thea’s Soaps, Pupmuffins, Bob’s Bees Honey, and Spellbound Apothecary.

Awesome!!!! So grateful to have a place like this in Paducah, Ky. So much variety of juices and smoothies and grab and go goodies. Absolutely love the donuts, brownies and all the sweet treats. I stopped by for an almond joy protein smoothie, which was amazing. I was given some white chocolate peppermint cold brew to share with my coworkers and WOW, it was even more amazing!! So delish as is and didn’t need any creamer. Highly recommend!

Do yourself a favor and stop by this amazing place! Every flavor of smoothie is delicious and refreshing, especially with this crazy heat. There’s so much to enjoy here, from local art to homemade soaps and journals. You can even pick up treats for your pets! I love going here and am so thankful Kim has a place like this in Paducah. Her business even supports a local nonprofit, so your money is going to a good place AND you’re making a healthy choice. Nothing but a win here.

Kim was AMAZING she took her time to help me and explain all I needed to know and she also showed me how amazing these smoothies and teas are . I got a spinach and protein smoothie and the flavor she added amazing !! My tea is blueberry and also amazing !! All sugar free!!! I’m blown away!! I will be back!! If you haven’t been go now!!!!! This place is great and you can get anything you want even if it’s not on the menu! This morning I was really indecisive on what I wanted but I needed energy and I love a matcha latte but from other places they aren’t so healthy so I got exactly what I wanted it’s better for me and it tasted so much better and now it’s hitting the menu! Kimberly at Nutrition Zone is amazing!!! Her smoothies aren’t only healthy they taste great too! My personal favorite is the anti bloat smoothie or the mango! She has any flavor you can think of and can also create anything you want that’s not even on the menu. She uses REAL fruits and food! She also makes healthy protein snacks, I love the oatmeal cream pies!!! If you’re like me and on the go a lot or just need a easy healthy snack or meal replacement go see her!!!
