I went in to place a to go order. The staff was amazing. They was very attentive and patient. I placed my order at the counter, I was given a number, and I waited for my number to be called..The service was fast considering how delicious the burger was,
I didn’t care for the smell of the facility.It was like an old casino smell that didn’t quite cover up the cigarette smoke. There is a casino connected to the restaurant btw. But other than that, I had a great experience. ☺️

Very disappointed today. We love stopping here on our travels between Florida and Texas several times a year. Food is normally a 5, but today found hair in my salad. Manager was nice about it, offered a couple of times to remake but I declined. He gave a full refund for both meals. Usually delicious burgers, etc. Atmosphere is nice inside but it’s got a smoky aroma which we hadn’t noticed in past trips through the area and it’s really bad when you go to restroom area. There’s a casino next door so unfortunately this is probably the source.

We had a regular hamburger and junior burger and split a regular fry. The burgers were good – Nolan Ryan beef. We had the white buns and they were fluffy and fresh.
Bathroom is shared with the casino so it does smell of stale smoke.

I was in town for a band competition so, I wanted to try something we don’t have back home. This place did not disappoint. I got the Iron Gut burger, onion rings, and fried mushrooms. Everything was obviously made in house and seasoned beautifully. The salsa (that came with the Iron gut) and the ranch (that came with the fried mushrooms) were fabulous. 10 out of 10. My only complaint is that I live 2 hours away so I can’t make this my normal burger spot. I will definitely visit them again when I get the chance.

Food is the food. However the signage for pickup orders is non existent and the cigarette smell (I’m assuming from the casino) is headache incarnate.
All of that is excusable, however the off-putting young ladies at the counter are the reason for the 2 stars. If they’d put an ounce of kindness out instead of being slightly rude because you interrupted their gossip forcing them to do work, they’d be 5 star. Wouldn’t want them to heat me up a hot pocket.

$37 for a small dried out hamburger with onions rings. And chicken fried steak potato and 2 small drinks that were all Ice. Used to love this place but prices are way up and food quality is way down. The potato was okay and the onion rings were good. But I definitely won’t be going back anytime soon

This was my first time trying Novroskys. The turkey burger was 10/10 excellent! I highly recommend the jalapeño bun.
I put 3 stars because they don’t bring your food to your table & the cigarette smell from the casino is just sooo overwhelming.

I am from houston texas and I came in today to the novrosky’s to order a spud and the price of $18 for the spud chicken mushroom shocked me for i was thinking why the price for a small spud uuuuuntil i saw my spud order and the spud it is worth the price of $18 for the reason being the spud is bigger and longer than the backed potatoes I order in houston texas and the spud is delicious and it is worth the price I paid. The customer service is 100% phenomenal great people by the way I’ll be back tomorrow after work to get another spud.
