Novikov is a truly classy, high-end dining experience. It’s definitely on the expensive side, but the quality more than justifies it. The sushi selection is outstanding, with an impressive variety and excellent execution, along with plenty of other beautifully prepared dishes. Everything tastes refined and intentional. If you’re looking for one of the best non-omakase sushi spots in Miami, this is easily at the top of the list. An exceptional restaurant for a special night out.

Amazing dining experience at Novikov Miami. The oysters were fresh and perfectly chilled, and every dish was beautifully presented and full of flavor. The atmosphere is upscale but still welcoming. Service was attentive without being overwhelming. Definitely a great spot for a special night out.

Highly recommended lunch menu, available Monday to Friday. Great value for money with fresh, well-prepared dishes and generous portions. Perfect for a business lunch or a relaxed break during the workday. The service is efficient and friendly, so you can enjoy a quality meal even if you’re short on time. Definitely one of the best weekday lunch options in the area.

Service was really good. Prices were fair. Awesome: duck fried rice, Mongolia beef, miso soup. Duck bao bun was mid. Ambiance – decent. They had a dj. Maki sushi rolls were on the smaller side.

I had an absolutely incredible dinner at Novikov Miami! We came specifically for the duck and were not disappointed. We ordered the full Peking duck, and it was a total showstopper—the skin was perfectly crispy and the meat was so tender. We also started with a bunch of different dim sums, and every single basket was fresh and flavorful. The service was attentive and the atmosphere was lively. I highly recommend this spot if you want top-tier Asian cuisine in Miami!

Absolutely delightful dessert! The crème brûlée was perfectly caramelized, with a rich, smooth custard underneath. The fresh fruit topping added a lovely balance of sweetness and freshness. Every bite was enjoyable. The presentation was beautiful, and the quality was excellent. It was a perfect way to end the meal. Highly recommended!

Honestly, I had high expectations after hearing so much about this place from my wife, but it turned out to be pretty underwhelming and overpriced.
• Tempura was fine, nothing special.
• Edamame was plain and forgettable.
• Noodles were bland.
• The mushroom beef bowl with truffle sounded promising but was just okay.
I was really hoping for that wow factor, but it just wasn’t there.
I might give it another shot to see if things improve, but as of now, it’s definitely not my first—or even second—choice.

I recently tried the Kataifi-wrapped appetizer and it’s a total standout. The shredded phyllo is fried to a perfect golden crisp without being oily, and the nori band adds a subtle, salty depth that ties the whole dish together. The bright, citrusy sauce on the side really makes the flavors pop. If you’re a fan of creative fusion, this is a must-order!

One of my favorite spots for a casual or business lunch during the week. The ambiance is upbeat with good music, but still quiet enough for easy conversation. Service is relaxed, no one rushes you. The lunch menu delivers great quality, and if you go on a Friday, they offer the best wine deal in town: a bottle of Whispering Angel for $25. Food is solid (4/5), and the chicken truffle dim sum appetizer is a standout. Don’t leave without trying the Peking duck: rich, crispy, and perfectly paired with delicate sides. Valet is available, but Uber is usually easier. Totally worth it.

We went to this restaurant because it has a high google reviews score for Chinese food. However I left quite disappointed.
We didn’t make reservations as it was a Tuesday evening. True enough the restaurant was practically empty with only 3 tables occupied at around 7 PM. The girl at reception didn’t smile or made us felt welcome in any way. No smile when we asked for a table for 4 people. “What’s your name…. Your surname… your mobile number… “ Suddenly the restaurant phone started ringing, she picked it up without saying excuse me or anything to that effect. She started talking over the telephone for at least 5 minutes while I was standing in front of her. Finally she hung up her phone and said followed me. We were then shown to our table and given the menu. We looked at the menu, decided what we wanted to order and then had to wait for a long time before a server finally came. Remember at that time this large restaurant only had 3 tables occupied so the servers could not have been busy. When the server came, again we were not made to feel welcome. No smile, but just someone who was not interested in his job.
The food did came pretty quickly and it tasted ok. No complaints from me about the food. We ordered two signature cocktails but both of them were not good. Waste of money in our opinion.
During our meal the server did top up our water or being extra ordinary. However when we paid, the invoice as usual already included the 20% tips. That’s ok, but what upset me was that he wanted more tips before we paid with our credit cards. If we got good service I might consider tipping more but certainly not in this case. When the server saw that we didn’t tip more, his face turned black and stormed off.
I think the manager of this restaurant needs to be changed. He or she must be rubbish at managing the staff. Come and eat here if you want to leave feeling angry.
