This place is amazing, they saved my birthday. I originally planned to have my event somewhere else but I’m glad I chose here. They accepted a party of 12 last minute and still rocked it. The drinks were great, the food amazing, and our server was such a joy. She was very attentive and the food came out in a very timely fashion. She recommended locations for us to keep the party going. Will definitely be back. Everything was made in house down to the Pho

UPDATE: Another wonderful meal. This place is our go to. JD, the owner, is a sweetheart. He talked to me tonight about his philosophy of taking care of guests, how they make everything from scratch and they are coming out with a new menu! How can you not like an owner that hangs out behind the bar and talks to his customers. Tonight I had the amazing Wagyu burger and Brussels sprouts. He offers frequent specials that are always tasty, especially the smoked pork-chop. Can’t wait to see that one on the new menu.
Nova is a gem a mile away from the many overpriced and overrated restaurants in Bishop Arts. Don’t be put off by the frequent bar crowd or the late night hours. This is place to drink and be merry and a place to eat good grub. Nick, the owner, is a great guy and will get behind the bar and serve customers.
This is a regular spot for me and my wife. One time my wife ordered the Cajun shrimp and it was too hot for her. Nick was so apologetic. He got her new shrimp and gave us a free crème brûlée. For the price, I think the food is tasty and the portions generous. They also offer specials. Jump on the meatloaf if you get a chance.
There are a lot of restaurants in the Bishop Arts area to choose from. This one is reasonable, always a tasty experience and it has a great ‘cheers’ like vibe. Give it a try.

They blast the music so loud you can’t hear anyone talking unless they are screaming at your ear. Thus, the receptionist spit all over my face when he was explaining the “late night menu ” and pretended nothing happened. Went to wash my face in the restroom and there were 4 people lined up waiting ahead of me and the restaurant wasn’t even busy.
The food tastes delicious, but for the price I would expect the portion of real food materials to be a lot better. The chicken fried porkloin looks huge but the meat is so thin you are basically eating fried bread with paper slice of meat in the middle. And the empanadas… For the price, I would expect better stuffing portion than that from a restaurant at the airport. For 20+ dollars per item…. come on… Only good thing was the service we received from our server.
Definitely won’t be back.

Recently discovered this place and have already been twice.
I love their varied menu options. The atmosphere is great with ample sitting options including a patio area. We tried their Coconut curry, sandwich special, butternut squash salad and potato salmon wedges., it all was delicious
Definitely recommend this place

This place is very off the wall but in a great way! The food is good and it feels like you are in a small town diner. I’ve been here twice and enjoyed it.

Nova offers a unique and eclectic dining experience with a creative twist on both modern and classic dishes. The menu is diverse, featuring a mix of flavors from different cuisines, all crafted with fresh, high-quality ingredients. Whether you’re in the mood for seafood, a hearty steak, or a vegetarian dish, Nova has something to satisfy every palate. The presentation of the dishes is also impressive, adding to the overall dining experience.

This local spot is a must. The food is wonderful and the chicken fried pork loin takes comfort food to another level, but what really sets this place apart is the owner. He is so kind, jolly, and genuinely welcoming. He makes every guest feel like family and turns a great meal into an unforgettable experience. You leave smiling and already planning your next visit.

My boyfriend and I came here to celebrate our anniversary. He got out of work late but fortunately their kitchen was still open at 10pm—on a Sunday. This is a very special treat for us because we both travel for business. It is very difficult to align our schedules to celebrate together, especially to enjoy delicious cuisine. The dishes had a perfect balance of delicious flavor combinations and healthy fresh foods. When being told about specials, we were shown photos of the fish and one was stuffed so we saw it cut open too. I really loved the eclectic decor. The spooky candle light dinner was our perfect way of celebrating our love.

Our favorite spot to eat before seeing a show at The Kessler Theater. Today we enjoyed the special of the day which was a chicken chile and an order of veggie enchiladas. Both were super delicious and the service was great as always. Wish we lived closer to be able to enjoy this place more often.

This is such a cute little place with good food, good drinks, and great service! I loved the lounge vibe after 10:00! The music was great and the holiday atmosphere was even better.
The menu is limited after 10:00, but I’ll definitely be back earlier next time to try some other dishes.
