My waitress, Dionne, was one of the best I have ever had. She knew what I needed before I did.
The restaurant was clean and food excellent. I was seated immediately.
I talked with the manager, Nigel, and he seems to really care about his customers.
I will definitely come back here again.

From the moment I walked in this place I realized, I had made a bad decision. Took forever for the bartender to recognize I was there as they were chatting it up with regulars. I ordered my food, 1 hour later still did not have it. Beer had been needing a refill for at least 15 mins, again unnoticed by the bartender. I asked if I could get it to go and when it came out it was not even what I ordered, much less it was cold so it had obviously been sitting in the back for a few. The entire time I was waiting it sounded like there was a frat party happening in the kitchen loud laughing cussing with no care for customers in the lobby. There was a supervisor washing glasses etc. When her daughter walked in complaing about customers at her job the whole time cussing up a storm then the supervisor mom did tell her to watch her mouth then turned to us and stated she worked at Outback steakhouse and not at this Applebee’s… the entire experience at this location was horrible. From start to finish. The place had dirty dishes EVERYWHERE.. The staff seemed to be the only people enjoying themselves..

So disappointed went to try the new grilled cheese burger paid the $2.49 up have for waffle fries and opened the box and there was 3 fries in there and some bits and pieces. Then opened the grilled cheese and the tomato soup was only 1/4 full.

Dawn greeted us at the door with a smile and a bubbly attitude. Then we were greeted at the bar by Jenny smiling and happy as well!!! Food was good drinks were good. We stop in a couple times a month, consistently good!!!!

I just got appetizers. We weren’t too hungry but got a variety. It was just 4 of us including myself we had a great time I’ve had dinner there before the food was excellent also. My waitress was Marina and she was awesome she made us feel at home very professional. I will be asking for her if I go back.

I have always liked this location, food has always been good. Last week seems sth has changed and the food was even better. We had the 2 for 25 deal and chose grilled oriental chicken salad which was definately delicious. Boneless wings as an appetizer and we got a really generous portion and the taste was just amazing. Definately will be back
