Came here with my husband for an early lunch. We both got the special banh mi, he got an egg coffee and a sea salt coffee to go, I got the cafe bon coffee and pork and shrimp spring rolls. Everything was so fresh and delicious. The fresh baked bread for the sandwiches was amazing. I could drink about five of the cafe bon coffees. The flavour was rich and lovely. The lady behind the counter was super friendly and welcoming. We can’t wait to come back.

Happy Tea and Shrimp Dumplings. The tea was so refreshing and these dumplings were absolutely perfect. I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t sad to eat the last one…They’re like a little adventure of texture and flavor. Took one of the custards home for later and I’m certain they will not disappoint. Very friendly staff, very clean atmosphere…10/10 recommend.

My husband and I come relatively frequently and the quality of not only the service, but the food is absolutely amazing! This time we tried the avocado smoothie and got the Land and Sea lunch special alongside my usual Thai tea and beef pho and everything is great every time!
10/10 Would recommend!

The atmosphere was pleasant with cozy and clean. I ordered oolong bubble milk tea, which tasted excellent. However, the sweetness level could not be adjusted. I wish there was an option to customize the sweetness. The banhmi had soft bread, reportedly fresh-baked. The Vietnamese steam bun was also delicious seem like 50%bun and 50 % meat. The only downside is parking, you have to park on the street.

The service I got was absolutely amazing I’m always greeted with a smile everytime I show up and the food is to die for I find myself coming back at least 7 times a month because the food is addicting the atmosphere is very relaxing especially after long day at work it’s nice to hear the calm music and the water running in the pond.

I was pleasantly surprised when I stopped in here.Especially since it was a suggestion from Google when I asked for fresh fruit smoothies. The atmosphere is welcoming and the Smoothie was fresh, but my highlight was the pork bun. Made my day. Excited to go back and try more.
