Friendly staff and a very clean location, you wouldn’t think it was part of a gas station. I did have an issue once when they put olives when I asked for without but they corrected that and replaced the sandwich free of charge. Always good quality ingredients and has an easy online ordering system. Good breakfast deals too.

9.99 for a chicken Caesar wrap with about 6 tiny morsels of chicken in each side, and 1/3 of it bread and lettuce. And one more tip – not enough Caesar. Dry dry dry
That’s why I don’t eat at Amatos. The Nouria manager, however, was able to refund me.

As I lifelong fan of Amato’s Italian Sandwiches. I love their food. My only minor issue is the accuracy in filling the order. The last two times I have used the Falmouth location the sandwiches have either had a peppers that I didn’t order or left off the tomatoes that I ordered. The orders were placed on the kiosk and the correct order was on the receipt. I will still keep eating their sandwiches but will continue to be annoyed at the errors.

I am 80 years old and I am pleased to announce that I’ve just had the most perfectly constructed, looking, and tasty pizza I’ve ever had. And, I have had them on 4 continents. It was a 16″chicken and spinach on a perfect crust. It wasn’t thin. Nor was it doughy. Just perfect. And so were the sauces and finishing. And, lastly, there were both ample chicken and spinach to fill us up. Absolutely, perfect. Amatos, Washington Ave. Portland. This is a company to invest your appetite in.

I’ll give another chance but right now I’ve lost over and hour of driving 16 dollars for a calzone I didn’t want, also over a half hour trying to give feedback but all I do is get asked again for feedback. My feedback isn’t changing. They keep asking for feedback, but they way of giving feedback is broken. How can you be able to help customers better if you can’t recieve feedback.

This location used to be good. Now not so much. Friendly staff but the food they are making is less than satisfactory. Two separate times my order was wrong. Ordered two Italians. They were both made incorrectly both times. Why do they write down the order if they aren’t going to look at it ? The bread was dryer than toast.!!! Sure not the original Italian I’ve always got ! Too bad.

This Amato’s is by far the worst one I’ve ever been to. I’ve been here a hand full of times and each time the sandwiches were stale, especially the ones that you can just grab n go. The little stuffers are super small and made very sloppily. This isn’t a good look for Amatos. Every other Amatos serves far better food than this location. I’ll continue to support other locations but they really need to up their game at this location. Very disappointing and won’t be wasting my money here anymore.
