These bowls are to die for! Not a red-meat person, but the filet mignon bowl was incredible, and I love the chicken and shrimp bowls as well. The fried rice bowl plus potstickers is also a fabulous meal. Can’t wait to try their salmon special and hope they’re at Humboldt Cider Co again soon!

Coming from San Francisco came through Eureka and found this hidden gem, and whoa did they blow our mind. We got the filet mignon plate and the shrimp and chicken plate and the flavors were miraculous. I would definitely recommend to anyone who’s looking for a hibachi kind of food. Amazing.

I got the combination filet/shrimp rice bowl. It was incredibly tasty! I can’t say enough how good this was. The rice was moist and cooked perfectly. I loved everything about it. I will only be here another day but I will get food here again when I can.

Definitely to die for. Usually I grab chicken and shrimp but I saw there was salmon and couldn’t pass up.

Place deserves more than 5 stars. Pork belly and rice sauce are outta this world. I’d bathe in the beef broth like Cleopatra in milk. Might be the best pot stickers I’ve ever had. The guys create excellent vibes and provide great service. Would drive 8 hours back to have it again

Nou Nou’s in Eureka is one of those hidden gems that instantly makes you feel welcome and leaves you talking about the food long after you finish eating. The atmosphere is relaxed and comfortable, with a warm and personal vibe that feels more like being invited into someone’s home kitchen than dining out at a restaurant. It is the kind of place that locals know and love, and once you visit it is easy to understand why.
The food at Nou Nou’s is incredible and full of bold, authentic flavors. Every dish feels like it is made with love and attention to detail, from the rich and perfectly seasoned curries to the fresh stir fry dishes loaded with vegetables and spices that wake up your palate. The flavors are deep, layered, and balanced in a way that shows real care for the cooking. Portions are generous, and everything comes out hot and fresh. It is the kind of food that satisfies you completely and keeps you wanting to come back to try more of the menu.
What really makes Nou Nou’s stand out is the authenticity. You can taste the tradition in every dish and it never feels watered down or generic. The food has that homemade quality that makes you appreciate not only the meal itself but the culture and cooking style behind it. Every bite feels like a connection to something deeper.
The service is always friendly and genuine. The staff treat you with kindness and take the time to make sure you are comfortable and enjoying your food. It adds to the overall feeling that this place is special, a restaurant that values community and hospitality just as much as the food they put on the table.
For me Nou Nou’s is more than just a great restaurant in Eureka. It is a place that brings people together through food that is authentic, flavorful, and unforgettable. Every visit feels personal and meaningful, and it has become one of my favorite spots to recommend to anyone who wants a truly satisfying meal that comes straight from the heart.

This is hands down my favorite food truck in Humboldt! Their fried rice bowls are absolutely phenomenal and they are conveniently parked on 7th & K st for a good part of the week which makes for a short walk during lunch. The tofu and fried rice bowl is my go-to, however I can also attest to their ramen being amazing! Service is always quick and friendly and they make calling in orders super simple. All of the workers are so sweet and this place is just consistently amazing. The sauce that comes with the fried rice is to die for and I could seriously eat this every day!!!! 100000/10 recommend Nou Nou’s!

This is a food truck that is awesome . Super yummy Ramen. Heavy portions of mushrooms, cabbage and green onions. We didn’t add the egg or pork belly because we were not super hungry. I’d bet that’s wonderful too.

This adorable little food truck is located just off 7th st and k st so you can park on the side of the road, grab your food and go and for even quicker I call in my order when I’m on the way there and it’s ready when I get there.
