Went here for lunch. Completely mediocre food. Hard bread, hard fries, not even enough meat on my sandwich to cover the bread. Prices were higher than I expected. My Diet Coke tasted really weird. Cheap ketchup. It took longer than expected to get our food.
The only bright spot was that our waitress was attentive and quick to refill drinks and handle checks as we left.
If I have anything to say about it, I won’t be back. 2/5 for the restaurant, 4/5 for the waitress.

We stopped on the way through town. No prior recommendation but we were glad we did. Sunday afternoon is slow but a few locals were enjoying the atmosphere. We had black and bleau burgers and they were perfect. You can order 6 or 10 ounce but the 6 was a handful with all the dressing. Onion rings were also perfect. Will return and recommend highly.

Worst service that we have ever received. One waitress for the entire bar on a Saturday evening at dinner time. My specialty Margarita was horrible on Cinco De Mayo. My husband ordered the special of the steak dinner. Steak was good but mashed potatoes and gravy was cold, the vegetable was mixed vegetables was in the same size container as salad dressing comes in. Cold Texas toast too.
Server was too busy taking care of one table instead of all.
We have not been for three months and we were hoping things had improved. Nothing changed.

Decent food and a good selection of beers beyond the usual domestics and lights. Friendly staff and an outdoor patio. The dining room feels a little dirty, though. Kind of sticky from all that fried food, I guess.

All the bad bar food you would expect from a local dive with very little of the ambience. Don’t expect great service or comfortable seating. Do expect reasonable prices and a little live music that will sound better after the first 2 or 3 rounds.

Absolutely the worst bar food we ever had! Went there to watch the final 4 on a whim. Should have just bought appetizers at Walmart and stayed home. Buffalo BBQ wings were horrible. The Tyson Frozen Wings at Walmart
Potato skins, well, a new low in my opinion. . were the worst I’ve had in 35 years with burnt cheese, just absolutely horrible. This too, could have been bought at Walmart, taken home and microwave them.
Will never go back again.

I ordered the “Saturday Special”. Steak, mashed potatoes, gravy. My fiancé had a “bacon cheeseburger “. My food was GREAT. My steak was very tender, and a nice size. Their gravy was good too and that’s hard to come by.
However my fiancé “bacon cheeseburger ” didn’t have the bacon on it and we ordered our food to go. It was very plan and kinda out the box. I would think this kind of “grill” would produce a more “real” Niger than just a frozen patty.
I had Randy as my tender. He’s good, could be more focus on his customers rather than just the “clients” regulars. It would be a more organized ordering process. I had to ask for plastic wear. Steak sauce, napkins etc…

We ordered hamburgers and sides but I had to send my food back because not only was my burger raw but it was so greasy my bottom bun was so soaked in it that it was uneditable. We use to like their food and would eat here whenever we came to Olathe from Lawrence. Never again.

Sad to hear this location is closing. One of KC’s more underrated burgers. The pork tender is one if the best around. Have to drive to the Plaza for my Ott’s fix!
