Burgers are my thing and this place knows how to make the best burgers in NWA. Nosh Nola introduced me to a Cajun World I didn’t know about. From the red beans to Po Boy sandwiches to boudin ball and egg rolls everything in the menu is delicious. One of my favorite spot. The brewing is family friendly. I wasn’t a pickle person but Nosh Nola bayou pickle made me to be one now. I highly recommend this place cuz it is an experience to eat there.

As a lover of the Nosh food truck and Cajun food, I could not wait to try this place! The boudin balls were a great size and definitely shareable, but could’ve also been just my meal. The burger was delicious as always with two juicy patties and gotta have that Nosh sauce! The queso was full of flavor and definitely not your typical queso. Can’t wait to go back and try the po’boys and muffuletta!

(3.5) The food is tasty but don’t expect (as I did) a real Cajun restaurant. They basically took a food truck and moved it inside the brewery. No table service is one thing but no counter service either is odd. Cajun food and culture is about community, you don’t get any of that from a web based ordering system. Full disclosure, my family is from Louisiana and I’m probably harder on Cajun restaurants than most in NWA. My go to item when trying a new Cajun restaurant is their gumbo, it says all you need to know about their Cajun cred. Unfortunately no gumbo on NOLA’s menu, or étouffée or even jambalaya. Burgers seem to be the focus, while not exactly Cajun they are quite good. The muffuletta was a miss thou a tasty sandwich, it didn’t resemble a real muffuletta, especially the olive mix. The red beans and rice weren’t bad and the boudin egg rolls were a clever appetizer.

I’ve only had the boudin balls so far but really liked them. Wasn’t planning on eating but wanted to try something. The portion was huge and the guys were really nice and helpful. Definitely be back to try some more.

This weekend I had the Shrimp and Grits. Couldn’t recommend them more! The staff was great and the ordering was easy. Did it right from my phone.

Now located in the brewery, thought that the food here was great! Saw some loaded tots and those looked AMAZING, will have to get sometime! The boudin balls were awesome and huge, totally worth. The ranch and all the sauces were good. Had the catfish po boy and wasn’t disappointed, good place to try voodoo chips for the first time too (was happy with it)!

The team behind Nosh Nola has something special going on. Ive had a few items from the menu and all have been great. Each time I sit down with my food, people ask me about it. I should get a commission for how many Nosh burgers and po’ boys I’ve sold! I recently found out the owner also runs Delta Biscuit. Absolutely legit breakfast/ brunch. They need to figure out some sort of cross over menu!

Ate here twice in the past week, visiting from out of town. First time had a burger which was very tasty but so soggy the bread can’t hold up, a burger should hold together, I don’t want to eat a burger with a fork when it falls to pieces, this is just a lack of attention to detail. Another visit, had the shrimp poboy on the palest poboy bread I have ever seen. The bread should be crusty and have some color on the outside, it’s this why it’s served open faced? Also, it needed more filling for the amount of bread. This doesn’t represent proper NOLA food.

We ordered through DoorDash and it was very quick and even still warm. As someone who grew up with authentic Cajun food I give it 5 stars! Very impressed and appreciative of compostable take out packaging!
