Norwood Ice Cream has so many delicious flavors to choose from. I love coming here with my kids and enjoying our ice cream while sitting outside on the chairs. The atmosphere is relaxed and family-friendly, and the ice cream is always great. Definitely one of the best places in town for ice cream!

States that they are open until 9. We showed up at 8:02. The light up open sign is still on, but doors are locked. We then looked up to see the store hours change. But you have to dig into their website. This is inconsistent and a great inconvenience. Please display a correct time amd stick with it

The staff was very nice, and service was quick. The ice cream is home made, and the they many options to choose from, along with a couple of seasonal flavors. I tried the pumpkin spice ice cream, and it was delicious. Possibly one of the better pumpkin spice ice creams I’ve had.

I absolutely love your cake batter ice cream — it’s my favorite! But I wanted to mention that your current hours seem a bit early, especially for summer. Closing at 8pm feels too soon. A lot of families (like mine) are out and about after dinner and would love to stop by for a treat, but we often miss you because of the early close.
Extending your hours even by an hour or two could make a big difference, both for your customers and your sales. Just a thought — we’d love to keep supporting you later in the evening!

Frustrated at the lack of consistency. Store doors and google say the store is open until 9pm. Door is locked with one closed sign on the main door and one open sign in the window at 8:02. Would just prefer to have some standard of time when it came to what the actual closing time is.

I have been meaning to write a review for this awesome shop and today finally pushed me to it; why? The bourbon caramel apple flavor! It was absolutely amazing! I’ve been a die hard toffee coffee girl but this flavor is a fall girlie’s dream! The real apple chunks really made it and I personally topped it off with toffee bits (and a little extra bourbon at home), such a treat! This shop hasn’t failed me yet with their product or service- I definitely recommend!
