At 6:00 PM I Ordered 2 pizzas for delivery. Got to the end of call and the gal said it would be ready for pick-up in 45-50 minutes. I reminded her that I wanted it delivered. She seemed inconvenienced but took my address, card number and told me it would arrive in about 50 minutes. After trying to be as patient as possible I called to find out where my pizza was ( 2 hours in ). The boy I spoke to said that he was sorry and they would send it out as soon as possible and lucky me I would not be charged extra lol. Finally got my pizza at 8:35. Would not recommend this place.

Always fast delivery and hot. I’ve only had trouble receiving sauces a couple times unlike another competitor whose forgotten sauces and drinks and never returned or reimbursed for them. Friendly delivery people who look like they take care of their hygiene. Which is a huge deal for me. Maybe that’s a wierd thing but it’s my food so I notice who handles it!

Ordered a couple of pizzas and a chicken Parmesan sandwich, and the pizzas were fine. The chicken Parm was much more Parm than chicken. There was only one tiny piece of chicken per half. And when I say tiny, I mean “TINY”! Each was about half the size of my baby finger. Pretty much a ripoff – definitely not worth the money they charged. So, I’d stick with their pizzas and stay away from the rest.

Great service in store and delivery. Greet you with a smile and help you promptly, nothing over the top but a step above the average Tricities pizza chain. Store is well kept and clean. Always received my pizza hot and as ordered. Can’t say the same for some of the their completion.
