Delicious Ramen. A little more pricey, especially for an order at the counter style restaurant, however server was prompt to take order, food took a little while but came out steaming hot, and server checked in at appropriate intervals. Ingredients tasted fresh and both broths were extremely flavorful (we got kimchi and tom yum ramen). Good amount of food – enough for my husband’s appetite, and enough leftovers for a second meal for mine. Would definitely consider coming here again next time we come through town.

Love the food! For some reason Norvary was under my radar. I regret not knowing about the restaurant sooner! The food I had was spectacular! I ordered the Shrimp and Beef Shank Ramen. It was delicious. I will be back in Winona next month and I will have to order from here again!

A bit of a wait, but incredibly worth it. I ordered oolong milk tea and Novary Pho without cilantro. The Pho is extremely savory and satisfying and the oolong is earthy and flavorful! (One reason I’m reviewing is to remember exactly what was so delicious!)

Excellent food that is tasty and successful because it has a limited menu of basic offerings that you can expand upon. Best experience for me was order for takeout. Dining area is limited in size and can get crowded if others are waiting after ordering in the store. A definite must try.

I stopped here with a buddy after a hike and climb. I was pleasantly surprised by how flavorful the Tom Yum ramen was and the fast service. The broth was incredible and right amount of spice. If anything I wish I could’ve added more spice since I really enjoyed it. The ubbe rose latte was delicious as well.

The yellow curry was absolutely incredible and so flavorful!! My husband got the steak, egg and rice bowl and was happy with the amount of steak provided. I also tried the Vietnamese Coffee (sweetened condensed milk and heavy whipping cream) and it was literal perfection. Will absolutely come back and would recommend giving it a go if you’re in town!!

Wow, I just had an incredible meal at Novary Vietnamese restaurant, and I’m already planning my next visit! I tried their special, the Cajun Shrimp Rice Bowl, and it was an absolute revelation. While not spicy, it was bursting with flavor – incredibly garlicky and wonderfully decadent. The shrimp were large, plump, and perfectly cooked, a true testament to the quality of ingredients.
To complement my meal, I had their Vietnamese Milk Coffee, and it was equally impressive. Made with sweetened condensed milk and half and half, it was delicately sweet and incredibly rich – the perfect pick-me-up!
Beyond the amazing food and drinks, the restaurant itself is new, impeccably clean, and charmingly decorated. I especially appreciated their commitment to sustainability; they thoughtfully asked if I wanted a straw instead of just providing one, and having washable individual towels in the bathroom was a fantastic touch.
