Beautiful ambiance, the staff was very welcoming, our waitress Emily was so inviting and relatable. Thank you again Emily. We enjoyed our 6th anniversary here with delicious cocktails and dinner. It was all that and more
The prime rib and pork ossobuco was superd! My buddy and I tried escargot (snails) for the very 1st time in our lives and ok, ok it was better then we expected…maybe the cheese played apart but it was an experience! We left full and satisfied! This restaurant is a Must and when we return to this area we will be stop back in for more!

Steak was terrible. Burnt on the outside, no seasoning. We couldn’t eat it. Cut of steak was bad too. Waitress was great. Did refund out money for the steak. Gave us a free steak. We went on february 11 2026 at about 430 pm

We went for our 15 anniversary with our kids. The service and the atmosphere was really nice. The cocktails were really tasty and good.
Our server was really kind and efficient.
It is a different story with the food…
We took
– filet mignon: it was a little piece of meat and super spicy, too much pepper and the taste was so so.
– ribeye: over salty and over pepper, I ate it because I was really hangry and I was able to remove some salt because I took a load potato, I scratched the steak and put the salty and pepper juice and put it in the load potato.
The taste of the ribeye was good
– Tuna: it was awful..not fresh, smells strong and the taste was awful. My daughter couldn’t eat it…she ate the vegetables instead because she was hangry and I can tell you she is not a fan of vegetables …
The presentation of the entree was nice, that’s it….
We told the server but nothing happened, even a deduction, nothing…

Made reservations for valentine’s day in front of the fireplace and was treated very well and the owner even came over and talked to us. Very friendly and professional. Food was amazing and the service was great. Loved the atmosphere. This was exactly what I imagined when I made the reservations and I will definitely be back. Thank you for helping making this night perfect for both of us.

My wife and I went to Northwoods Steakhouse for Valentine’s. We both ordered steak and it was delicious. The steak was cooked to perfection (medium) and very tender. The Valentine’s drink special ( strawberry crème martini) was excellent as was the glass of red wine. Our waiter was very attentive and answered all the questions we had. Definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone who enjoys a great meal for a fair price. Edit: We went back to the restaurant and the food was just as delicious. Definitely not as busy as valentines.

The atmosphere of the restaurant is very calm and cozy. The fireplace was going when we arrived. My family of 6 had dinner to celebrate an engagement and everything – our cocktails (espresso martini, lemon lavender martini, red wine blend), our server (Iz!), our meal, the entire experience – was wonderful. 5/5, I highly recommend!

Update 11/20/22: Still great service. New chef, etc didn’t disappoint! Filet mignon always tender, can cut it with a spoon! The conch fritters and 2 sauces were phenomenal!
Wow… yummm… perfect! Seems to get better every time we’ve been over the past 2 years. Never disappoints! Iz is our favorite server at this point… muchas gracias senor!
