12/4/25 went to pick up chicken broccoli Alfredo and spaghetti and meatballs dinners. They were so good and served hot very pleasant girl took the order and bagged it for take home. They far outshine others in that department. Thank you much
10/29/2went in to have something light for dinner, choose small onion ring which was good size and potato skins. Well never in my life have I seen four skins that big filled with mozzarella cheese and bacon. I only ate one and took the rest home. Onion rings were good while onions in them and great with the sauce I asked for. Way to much for me to eat. Took another few meals home with the amt. They give you.

Took son and daughter-in-law for her birthday dinner. She wanted specialty pizza. No sauce, mushrooms, black olives and basil. Son had chicken broccoli and feta. They raced about the pizza. You have new customers for good now. I had fish and chips. Let me tell you how big the fillet of fish was took up the entire small pizza box from end to opposite corner ppplacing it on an angle. Holy cow what a piece of fish so good I’m really impressed. If you’ve not been there please go!? You won’t be sorry!! This is from a very picky eater.
We are very impressed with the pizza and the delivery service. Stopped in yesterday with question regarding the party pizzas and the delivery. Delivery was scheduled yesterday for this evening and we were told no need to call it will be there. Well it was here and it was hot and the bingo players at the hall tonight loved the pizza. Thank you for getting it right and delivered hot. We gave the driver a ten dollar tip which he was so surprised to receive this. If they get your delivery right and on time why not show you appreciate their service. It’s the only way to go through life. Show kindness and appreciation.
Thank you to all who had a hand in it. From the girl behind the counter to the pizza maker to the delivery driver. Thanks!!! One last thing the cost was so much Better then the other shop in town.

Ordered four sandwiches for delivery. They were delivered on time and done right. Two had steak and cheese with mushrooms, one had super steak and I had tuna with provolone black olives and onion. It was the best tuna sandwich I have eaten from a pizza shop. It was amazing to say the least. That’s my go to sandwich and it was so packed I only ate half. Thank you for making this a very pleasant experience for the family. Delicious!!

Ordered three items from menu steak tips with the usual mushrooms, onions, and peppers. That was okay fries were rubber didn’t get eaten even after requesting they be crispy. Small tuna with little mayo, provolone cheese, black olives and little onions. Didn’t get that swimming in mayo no cheese and no onion. Got lettuce and ton of mayo was not good.onion rings were stone cold and rubber. If your going to sell fries and onion ring if you don’t have a fryer get one. If you do someone needs to learn how to use it.

Never again. Either slow down take my order correctly or I’ll not order from this place again.

I ordered a pizza using the online ordering system. I was charged an unlabeled $1 fee on my order (the website says nothing about a delivery fee). My pizza arrived undercooked and soggy, and the toppings were incorrect. I called, and a gentlemen told me “I highly doubt that” when I stated my complaint. He then waited for the delivery driver to return before attempting to resolve my order. A woman then called me, stating that she found my order slip “confusing”. At no point was I called for clarification. They send a second pizza, and it was only 14″, not 16″ as advertised. Clearly they were not interested in giving my my moneys worth. Overall I waited over 100 minutes from the time of my order, and I received 75% of the pizza that I paid for. Unacceptable.

Terrible food time after time. Tonight I ordered a meatball sub which was full of plastic first bike and I got a mouthful of plastic wrapping, onions and peppers were raw and pizza was under cooked

This place has gotten so awful from the lack of quality in preparation and attention to simple details to not keeping food at a safe temp during delivery. If you enjoy waiting almost 2 hrs for a grinder n fries and it be so cold the grease is white on the fry box making it not safe to consume. Do better. Be better if u are overloaded with delivery then stop until u catch up don’t continue to rob people from money for inedible food

I ordered a small Broccoli Alfredo Pizza and a Small Barbecue Rib Grinder. The girl who took my order said she would get my total. She came back with a total of 28.00 and change. I question her because I was looking at a menu and that seemed high. The menu I was reading was not up to date ….so I asked her to send a new one. She said we only have on line ones now. So I went on line and my total should have been 4.00 less. She did inform me their was a 4.00 delivery charge. I asked the driver why it was 28.00. I said I would like to the receipt. He knew I was over charged…tried to say it was a teenager who made a mistake. He said he would give me credit. It was only a few bucks. No need to get upset. Never in my life have a left a review.. Its not about the $4.00….I always tip well….its about the way this was handled.

We normally love Northeast pizza. Usually their pizzas are top notch for the price. We don’t know what happened tonight, but our pizza was missing half the cheese and very few toppings. Maybe new employees?? We will give the benefit of the doubt and order from them again in the future.

Horrible customer service. I walked in with my son. We was the only people there we did not get acknowledged at all and the order that we had put in was already sitting on the counter. We then sat there for about 10 minutes before I asked to speak to somebody, when I said, excuse me, the young lady looked at me and kept it walking. Then when I finally got someone’s attention, I asked about my order and they turned around and grab my order that was already sitting there for about 10 minutes. Horrible service would not recommend anybody. Can’t even try the food since it’s been sitting there for 10 minutes , plus the time it took me to get to the store.

Funny, they’ve been closed inside due to COVID, yet the atmosphere is simply stellar just the same at the pick-up window. EXTRA EXTRA, READ ALL ABOUT IT!!!!! They’ve finally opened the doors to the inside eating area, and yes, it’s far more awesome yet still the same. The kids that work here are excellent… They care, share, and ultimately give you a reason to scrub for some grub at this Ware / Warren location. I literally can’t speak for the other 2 locations, yet the owner, his kids, his crew, are simply there to please and give you a friendly hello vibe regardless the set up and I can’t say enough about their fast food groove, it’s never disappointing. Unless you get the BLT grinder and don’t ask for the bacon to be cooked a tad longer, it’s all done well and the bacon comment is simply my preference. You may like it the way it’s served. Don’t cook tonight if you want a royal treatment, just great folks that love the possibilities along with you. Wanna chomp on some meatball pizza with a side order of fish and chips??? Call now, supplies are going quick!!!!

It seems apparent I need a new “grab food and a new favorite place” to go” It’s not really a place you want dinner at a certain time because it’s just so loud in there you can’t hear anything. I live less than a mile from the place and it was 3 calls later I just said cancel it…I’m not paying to eat cold pizza house food…..the pizza i just got was horrible….the last few times I’ve ordered there it has been messed up in one way or another…….
