The food was good as but I have had better from a TJ style taco stand on the street. The line was short when I went but the restaurant was full of people. Had to wait for a table to become available. I had to wait even longer for my food. The microphone and speaker they use to call out the order numbers is really bad sound quality. You can’t understand what number is called out and have to guess if your number is called or not. The staff was not very friendly. The staff looked upset to be working there. I think King Taco is over-hyped. They have a successful business chain but should improve in a lot of areas or their loyal customers will find a better option.

It is the first time that I buy in this king taco #18 usually it is in another location, I ordered 2 burritos from azada and they asked me what sauce I wanted and I said red and green sauce, they gave me 2 red and 2 green and I asked if he could give me one more red and one green and the cook said he couldn’t because there are only 2 sauces per burrito. Minutes before my order they gave a lot of red sauces to one of the customers and the order was small. I don’t know what is the difference between the other person and me, maybe because he was a man and I am a woman ♂️

The food is okay but the people who work there and the atmosphere just aren’t. They make your food and ask if you want salsa but then get mad if you want salsa. Like if it’s that big a deal just make us pay for it with our order or something. And then they always talk mad trash when you order for dine in even though they have tons of tables for that and they ask if it’s dine in or to go. We went the other night after we hit up club 54 and they were talking nasty about us the whole time cause they thought we didn’t understand them. So rude and the food isn’t really good enough for any of that attitude or the price.

The tacos, burritos are always good they always have. King Taco was one of the fisrt entities making street tacos in Los Angeles. The red salsa is hot with good flavor it compliments the seasoning in the beef. All of their food and traditional drinks are good.

Nothing beats these genuine street tacos and their green salsa! Yummy. The sopes are so good, I’ve been coming back for them for more than 20 yrs. I tried their suadero for the first time and it did not disappoint.
