Big Fish Dive Club
Sitting right across from Shark’s Cove, so the location was excellent, but its Garlic Shrimps were below average on this island known for Garlic Shrimps. We also had its lime butter shrimps that were a tad better than its Garlic Shrimps. All shrimps tasted like right out of a frozen box, meaning: not fresh at all. Parking was easy and there were plenty of picnic tables. We opted for the beach to eat our lunch right across the street. It should be a 2-star, but it did provide some unique North Shore food truck experience to our friends who were visiting Oahu for the first time.

I was excited to try the garlic shrimp, it was recommended as the most popular by the lady working the register. She acted like we were almost annoying her by being there and ordering although the place wasn’t busy at all. The shrimp plate was around $18, quite expensive and not good at all. It was not flavorful and was quite bland and disappointing. It was also gross to see several of the shrimp were not cleaned properly- still some of the vein.

I loved the Garlic Butter Shrimp plate! I definitely recommend stopping here if your visiting and need dinner. The rice is buttery and delicious. The Shrimps are large and cooked perfectly. Basic green salad had a tasty oil based dressing. I took my order togo to enjoy in at the Airbnb. Packaged well and nice portions. Lots of picnic tables to sit and enjoy the food and spectacular view of the ocean. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
