We sat in by the fireplace. I had the NPL salad with grilled chicken and my husband had a burger and fries. My husband said his food was delicious. Mine was ok but the chicken and the fries were cold on top of my salad. It would have been really good if those 2 things would have been warm. Server was good. Atmosphere was amazing. Definitely recommend.

We got to sit right next to the fireplace, so that made me happy. The loaded fries (small) is huge and came out fresh and hot. The mushroom flatbread was flavorful. I initially wanted wings, but didn’t see a flavor I would like.

We had come in with a large party of 15. First we were sat in a cold room. I get a large party has to go somewhere, sure. Then we order. My food didn’t come out with everyone else and my server, Rylee, had no idea until I said something. It finally comes out when everyone else was already done eating and it was wrong. I had to go hunt her down and tell her. She offered to fix it, but it never comes back. She brought checks and my food was on it that I still hadn’t gotten. I simply told her to not worry about it and take it off the bill. No apologies, she didn’t even care.

We found a regular with this place! First the positive.. Food was out of this world. The place was so busy we almost didn’t stay because we were certain the service would be slow. We were pleasantly surprised our server was great! She got all of our orders correct and the food came lighting fast, hot and yummy. Now the negative…parking. Ugh. No exaggerating we drive around for nothing short of 15 minutes for a space. Any space! It’s was jam packed. Even with the use of 2 neighboring lots that must be leased it was frustrating. To come full circle, the parking was bad but the food and service was excellent so we will fight for a parking space to enjoy this gem.

Big Man #16, oh my, one of the best Philly Cheesesteak sandwiches I’ve ever had – wow! Atmosphere was great, staff was very patient with the about of people we had … Really great experience! Place was packed (which is a good sign) but overflow parking was good… No issues.

We are out of town, staying in Cranberry. We had a party of 11, everyone told us 2 hr wait (Saturday night) they got us sat in less than 10 minutes!! Every single person we encountered there was polite, and the food was amazing!! It’s hard to find good places to eat anymore so being out of town we weren’t expecting this type of service at all but we were blown away honestly. Thank you guys for accommodating us, keep doing what you’re doing!

This was the first time that I was at this restaurant, it’s a pretty good clip from my house. I have been to the North Park Lounge on Babcock boulevard, but never here. They had a fantastic Mother’s Day buffet. I can’t say enough about the food or the wait staff. I must say the place was so crowded, that everybody that worked there did a fantastic job.

Disappointed with a recent large catering order we placed for pickup… Both the pepperoni and buffalo chicken rolls were extremely burnt and so rock hard that many of them weren’t able to be eaten. We ordered the bbq dip (says serves 20) only to be given very small amount of tortilla chips. The salads appeared to be generous portions but mostly filled with greens – the amount of toppings was not proportionate to the size of salad; unfortunately since it was a pickup order we didn’t realize any of these shortcomings until the order was already brought home. We called immediately regarding the lack of chips as we wanted to serve them for an appetizer as people arrived – They did offer more chips, but we had to send someone back for them. We were told the small tray was the standard amount for that size of dip. The rest of the issues we didn’t realize until it was time to serve guests.
