NORTH ITALIA IS BEST DESTINATION FOR ITALIAN FOOD.
They have best ambiance, best food, great service and Perfect drinks too.
I have been there last week with my friend as reunion we like the place from outside and decided to dine in.
Place is so beautiful and perfect for any meal either with family friends or for romantic date.
Ambience
Great ambience, perfect lighting nice sitting arrangements, they have couches, hi top and bar sitting too. Great live kitchen.
Food – great options for all dietary restrictions. We have truffle Garlic bread, PEPE Pizza, FUNGI PIZZA, and it was osammm. Perfect taste and seasoning.
Drinks – we ordered PINACOLADA AND PECHY AND JUMP START, taste good with good garnish.
Service – service is good and waitresses was courteous and generous.
Dessert – we ordered tiramisu and Hazelnut torta – both were yummy
Management- By mistake my JUMP START glass was came as chippped from tip, they changed in a few minutes and manager showed up and cared us well with quick response. It happened in every restaurant.
But yea this restaurant is worth for dinner and lunch both.

My husband and I love this restaurant, first of all. We visited the location in Charlotte, NC (I believe ) & anytime we stumble upon one, we visit. While in Dallas for the Cowboys/Chargers game, we went to dinner. The food was as expected but, the service was subpar. We waited at the bar for our seating to be ready, once our table was ready we tried signaling the bartender to close our tab but, they never paid us any mind, the host had to ask someone to come and close us out. Once at our table, our waitress came by to get our drink & appetizer orders but didn’t return for the longest time & we never received the water she was supposed to bring us, kitchen staff delivered our Meatball appetizer and once we finished, we were just sitting and waiting for our server. I tried to get her attention a few times but, she didn’t make any type of contact with us or checked on us. After approximately 20-25 minutes, she came over to ask if we were ready to order entrees but, at this point I was feeling ignored so I said, “No, I’ve lost my appetite!” & my husband placed an order. I refused to spend another dime at an establishment where I was left to feel ignored. My husband was just too tired to go somewhere else so he decided to eat there. He waited 20 minutes for his food to arrive and ate it, he said it was good. From the time I told her I lost my appetite until she brought us the bill she was a bit more attentive but, to my husband because I refused to engage with her any further. The food and atmosphere was good but, I’m a bit hesitant to return to this location because of the service. I recommend trying this location out & I pray your experience is better than ours was.

I have seen this Italian restaurant chain in many cities over the past several years, but had never tried one. I’m hesitant to try Italian chains, as I love that style of food so much, I fear than chains will be nothing more than varying degrees of Olive Gardens, thus not being very nicely done, very authentic, worth visiting. I recently came to this location one evening for a large business dinner and they proved me right.
Our service was friendly and great! The menu was decent. Execution was mixed though. Those who were part of my party who talked about the food (and most all did) mentioned how they got the wrong thing, meaning they wish they tried something else. The people who tried those things said the same. Basically, no one was happy with their choices for entrées, me included.
I tried their Chicken Scarpariello and though the chicken had a nice flavor from being stewed in the mixture of sausage and veggies, it felt bland overall. I can say that we all enjoyed the Zucca Chips though – those things we so good! The salad was just OK as well.
Overall, I wasn’t impressed and can totally see why the reviews are mediocre at best for this chain. My single experience has proven what I suspected and I probably won’t be back as a result.

North Italia at the Dallas Galleria was such a great dining experience! The chicken parmesan was perfectly crispy and full of flavor, and the pepperoni pizza was incredible, the crust and sauce were just right. The ambience is stylish but relaxed, and the service was friendly and attentive. It’s the perfect spot for a nice dinner out or a casual get-together with friends.

Came on a Tuesday for late lunch, so not too many people present. Food was fresh and savory more on this day I went recently. I enjoyed the food better than the plano location. Forgot the pizza pic.

Took my partner out to eat here and had a bad time unfortunately due to service issues that coulve been prevented by management. My chicken parmesan came out well but the pasta was still undercooked. Ive had Al dente pasta before. This was not it. It was still solid. My partner ordered the ricotta Cavalli and it was a very small portion for the price which we commented on. The manager came to check on us, removed the ricotta after explaining its a smaller pasta dish, said the other would be on its way and then never returned with a replacement. When I finally did get my recooked pasta pasta for my dish- chicken parmesan, my chicken was cold. I asked about my partners pasta the server said shed go talk to the manager. She came back and mentioned it was a mixup and she’d put it to go. We basically paid for an expensive sit in order to go. Nothing was comped for the issue. Notes for management from a another food service manager. That pasta should’ve been replaced pronto….it should’ve been verified that replacement pasta was coming for the ricotta. $100 order and nothing was comped for the inconvenience. There should’ve been a follow up to ensure everything was taken care of. Our server was wonderful but she only has so much ability to fix things. This was a management delegation issue with kitchen communication especially since she went to confirm with the manager and the manager could’ve made a ticket adjustment then and there and came and apologized for the matter. We wont be back!

Everything about this place was absolutely amazing! We were seated promptly. Our server went above and beyond, the atmosphere and food were incredible. My daughter and I had the Caesar salad and we ordered pizzas. After we ate we enjoyed a day of shopping in the mall.

The aroma captures you as you walk in. The food was good but I probably should have tried the seafood pasta. Lots of wine, beer, and spirits to choose from.
I sat at the bar and had a fantastic bartender. The espresso at the end was just what I needed.

We were really disappointed with our visit to North Italia at the Galleria. After being seated, we waited over **40 minutes** for our entrées to arrive. When they finally came, the food was not worth the wait. The lasagna was **overly salty, drowning in sauce, and poorly balanced in flavor**. The pesto pasta, on the other hand, was the opposite-**bland and under-seasoned**, with no depth to the taste.
Dessert didn’t redeem the experience either.
The so-called **salted caramel gelato wasn’t even gelato**-just a single scoop of room-temperature ice cream that was already melting, and tasted more like chocolate than caramel.
The cocktail I ordered was also disappointing. It was essentially **straight liquor with no mixer**, completely unbalanced and unpleasant to drink.
For the price point and the reputation, we expected much better. Unfortunately, between the long wait, poorly executed dishes, and lackluster dessert and drinks, this visit was a miss. You can save yourself some time and money and eat somewhere else

We went to the family dinner on June 11th. The food was delicious, with eye-catching presentation and quick service. For only one thing, I give 4* in the atmosphere: It was so noisy because it was a full house, but the ambience was wonderful.
