If you like a place that time hasn’t changed too much along the likes of Spires, Denny’s and what not, Norms is along with them. My friend and I did a late night of work and went to the gym until 3am and of course there arent too many options early morning but Norms was our first pick and an easy choice. We got a lovely warm welcome from Sherese and the staff. Service was prompt, friendly and full of smiles which made our food taste even better.
Friend and I got the appetizer that touches on everything, the country fried steak and the sirloin plates along with French toast, hash, eggs and everything in-between. We over ordered but it was our intent to take whatever we haven’t eaten home.
I personally haven’t been to Norms in several years but this visit definitely justifies a repeat visit especially just to be able to be around Sherese who was just lovely and fun to talk to.
I would give this place a solid 9 out of 10 just for the nostalgia of it all, warm comfort foods done right and with it being so early in the morning at 3am, everything just felt right.

The food at Norms was very tasty!! I picked up orders to go while I was staying in Tustin, California. The first night I had the open faced turkey sandwich. It was delicious, and like November in February. The next night I ordered two burgers using buy one get one half off coupons we’d received the night before. The burger and fries were also delicious. I particularly liked that Norms fries aren’t greasy.

I had a great experience at Norms! The food was phenomenal. I really enjoyed my tuna melt and the French toast. Both were absolutely delicious. Our server, Rocky, was very professional and courteous, and always checked in whenever we needed anything. Great food and excellent service. I will definitely be coming back!

Lived in the area over 2 years ,First visit here. Customer Service is wonderful here from the moment I walked in, I sat down and within 5 minutes my drink and food order was taken by Judee. Food was brought back really quickly. Its the typical American Diner vibe you’ll find all over america. Massive book style menus w hundreds of ways to mix and match breakfast items to form new dishes. Place was steady for a Friday lunch crowd. Older crowd seems to call this place home away from home. Place was clean as was my table upon being seated. Not overly loud even w the floor plan being so open. I could actually have a conversation w the guy at the next table. Talking to him I learned that Norms has been a community institution for several decades. I can see from a lot of the Servers here, they have been w the company many years too. That shows low turn over rates, which usually means they are treated good. All and all I was pleased w my food, little over done on a couple items,but things happen w rush lunches in a busy kitchen. Ill definitely return soon. Stop by sometime and see some history here for yourself.

We had breakfast here and our server, Rocky, was exceptional—very friendly and cheerful. He truly made our morning positive, even with the tire trouble we were dealing with that day. He made sure our coffee was always hot and that our food came out quickly and was delicious. He even gave us a to-go cup for our coffee. Despite being very busy on a Sunday morning with many customers, he never missed a beat. We will definitely be back for the good vibes. Thank you, Rocky!

Pretty bummed about the Kraft mac n cheese that I ordered my daughter. I wanted to order just the side or Mac n cheese off the adult menu but was convinced by the waiter to get the kids mac n cheese for double the price. When the box cheese came out, my jaw dropped because it looked nothing like the pic of the adult menu.

Rocky did an excellent job of making us feel welcomed. He never let my water or coffee get low. He showed love to my daughter which was a big selling point for me. When we walked in the lady at the bar and rocky greeted us and made us feel welcomed. Food was seasoned and the pancakes were amazing. 10/10. Thank you

Absolutely phenominal service by JUDEE here at this location. She was so kind, attentive and helpful. My glass was never empty, she accomodated all my picky requests. Doing it all with a friendly smile. Food was terrific too, great taste and large servings. Ask to be seated in her section. You will not be disappointed.

This place is classic. The food is good, the atmosphere isn’t all modernized and dead but makes you feel young again, and the servers are always very kind. Rocky noticed me reading my Bible before waiting my food and he liked that. God bless you Rocky and God bless this restaurant!!!
